dude you were not talking about the tensing up the leg that swings part two years ago back when i was first starting to trick and that was something that i really struggled with for a while and none of my friends told me about it too it took me way longer to learn it and if i can recall correctly i never fully inverted till i started learning how to backflip
Hey thanks for your input. Made this new updated version mainly because I wanted to update the information. When I made the old version I had only been coaching tricking for a very short while. The info in this one is based on what I have learned to be the most important things to focus on.
@@johzuke1 so basically you wanna keep the kicking leg stiff and tight at all times right while the other leg that resembles a hook kick (you pretty much don't have to do anything?)
