- J-step looks extremely simple and easy but the number of times I have seen people doing it in the least efficient ways is just astonishing. Learn it my way and never feel weak with it again.

I was having trouble with the J-step to so thanks for clarifying that up with this video. I was going ask about the Euro step to, I was practicing at the trampoline park and met these trickers there, they said the J-step had no power so they were using the Euro. I just couldn't get it TBH 😭 but I was like hey if Johannes says the J-step is the way then who am I to stray.

@@johzuke1 the best I can do is front Handspring and front flip on pad or something. Your tricking video contains Ariel moves mostly. I think can be a good start for me
J step > tdr
J-Step is easy to learn and Tochdown Raiz is difficult but it is more powerful than J-Step.

I can't understand how there's people who run before the j step without losing control ( for example to send triplecork) is it the same logic ?
It is basically utilizing more momentum for more power. It's basically the same logic but faster.
spotting where you’re going to put your take off helps a lot
