I really love your power classes that give one a run for the money or the combo classes where you get the best of both but the yin/relax are a beautiful addition thank you grateful for the practice
Wooow... I used to practice Yoga almost everyday... but then I stoped, gained tons of weight and felt terrible. Today it was my first practice. I could not sit on my knees, but I could do all the routine inspired for your words. I found a purpose for today and It feels awesome. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Another informative vlog from Travis, I live with chronic pain and several orthopaedic injurys and have several issues with my spine Si joint dysfunction, with left side weakness and mobility issues. I would love to do this yin yoga.I would love to see Travis do yoga with chronic pain and mobility issues as well as more important for someone like me to do Chair yoga. I am not able to do sun salutations as i have shoulder impingement so i would love to see Chair yoga all age groups and with some more dynamic aerobic activity to get heart rate going up. Im sure some people would love this kind of chair yoga and im sure others would love it for weight loss. I did Travis yoga years ago and loved it, but sad that i cant practice yoga without a chair.
I don´t know but since I start with your videos I feel stronger. Not just my body but inside too. It´s a process and path I´m currently on and I really like it. Thanks a lot!
