- In this session, we are going through more simple resistance band routines that you can work on in the comfort of your own home.
Resistance bands are a great way to add a little variety to your training as they help to strengthen your muscles and joints which comes in very handy during day to day activities.
Using a sturdy chair, you will walk through a full-body routine designed to help you feel stronger and more confident throughout your day!
As with all of these routines, only do what feels comfortable for you and remember to drink lots of water, breathe, and have fun!

Meredith, thank you for this amazing video. I use this video and your ankle weight seated video 3 times a week for past 2 months of more. I am 77 years old and have seen positive results for my routine with you. This is so much better than the high price membership I had previously and I get to work out in the privacy of my own home I walk better. I can stand for long periods of time. My muscles are strong. No more flab. Again , thank you so much.

Great workout ... Can you shows us 6 packs exercises for a flat tummy?
It’s a wonderful exercise, thank you, it’s a shame that advertisements have started appearing during the workout instead of beforehand and this unfortunately creates a big distraction because of having to get up in the middle of the exercise.
