I can always count on your workouts to be what I need to do that day. Sometimes I forget about the resistance band, but today's workout was perfect. I'm going to be 80 soon, and I just loved what you did with us on this.
Thank you for a workout that people who are blind, people who use wheelchairs and people who have disabilities like MS that affect their legs. It is absolutely wonderful to find videos that work for many disability groups because those groups are usually excluded.

Such great resistance exercises, I also love that in your video's you remind about how to breathe, really helps. Thank you for all your hard work making these video's, being able to do from home makes a huge difference.
Really love this. I'm not a senior (yet) but I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment and I have problem knees, so seated fitness videos are perfect for me.

Do resistance bands break?
Yes they do, always check them prior to using each time!
Nice but I’m so used to Inhale then exhale. So inhale and exhale in doing it.
As long as you keep breathing, I’m happy:) I give the reminders because it is so easy to “forget” to breath, and hold your breath.
