      Sometimes when I’m doing this exercise the left side of my neck muscle hurts,Am I doing something wrong?

    I have been enjoying all of your videos. I do each night alternating weight and resistance. I just got my ball yesterday. I can already see and feel improvement. Thank you so much

    I’ve been doing your videos, Meredith, for about three weeks and I feel so much better. I’m sure I will get better and better. I didn’t realize how bad my muscle tone was prior to doing your videos. Thank you so very much!!

    Love all of your resistance band routines. Your exercises are just as good as any of these young folk grunt routines. I'm 61 and love doing strength based workouts. Also these exercises do the job but are somewhat gentle as well. Thank you!

    Great pace and workout. I find a lot of workouts online too vigorous and then I look for senior ones and they assume you're almost dead. This one , as Goldilocks would say, is just right.

    Thank you Meredith! Great workout! Stayed with you all the way through this one. I decided to "take a step back" from the intermediate standing resistance band workout and focus on "correctness" of all components to each stretch ("tunny tight", core, vertical spine, balance, shoulders, inhaling and exhaling and 'slow' motions). Will continue with this routine until I have all aspects "perfect" and then will move on to next level. Great, great, leading through the process Meredith!!

    Great workout . You make it easy to follow. After one week I was able to increase the resistance of the band.

    Not quite a senior yet but I’m looking for low impact exercise and this looks great, I’ve ordered my bands which will arrive in 3 days😀 can’t wait to start

    Loved the pace. Instructions and modeling of each exercise was clear. I like the way you used right and left.

    Wow! Previewing your workout.
    This looks amazing. Back in my day I liked hardcore painful exercises!
    Having a bad injury that lasted many months and did no exercise and being a senior citizen, a nice quality workout is what I need.
    My goal is resistance bands, nice and consistent.

    I used to use bands to stretch before My Hockey games . O f course that was 50 years ago . I have been doing your workouts for about a month and i feel better already . Maybe i can start playing in the over 60 league lol

      Thank you! Breath and movement together are very beneficial. It helps during the exertion of a strength exercise, helping assist the movement. Also, the reminder to breathe is so important as well!:)

    Is the workout safe for patient with operated varicose veins and operated hernia??

      Hi! This workout is safe for varicose veins, but hernia should be at you physicians discretion. I would start with my seated exercises and go to standing once healed completely.
