    please I would like to confirm, if someone gets an RFE on the 3 prongs, would the person suggest another area of endeavor or sill pursue the area of endeavor suggested during the initial submission?

    • @OscarsGreenCard

      I would not change the endeavor in an RFE, I would clarify and provide details and more explanation, but not changing it substantially

    Hi Oscar! : ) if I'm applying from abroad, how are we going to get the RFE letter? i assume USCIS will need a US addess?

      You can just write your overseas address but if you have access to a US address the notifications will reach faster

      There is no such thing for approved casas in USCIS. In this channel you can find some interviews with people that got approved .

    Hey Oscar, I am also from Pakistan and I'm currently drafting Eb2 Niw petition. Could you please check from Syed if he has been able to get his visa interview date through consular processing in Pakistan? As it is , I've heard that consular processing in Pakistan is getting very backlogged despite the dates being current for Eb2 ROW.

    • @OscarsGreenCard
      @OscarsGreenCard  9 місяців тому

      His PD is not current so he could not possibly get called for an interview. Yes, Pakistan has some serious problems with backlogs...State Department recently recognized it and it's trying to improve the situation

    Respected Oscar,i came to know that once you get the approval, US will suggest you work in that region (location/state) where they need your expertise. This means it is something like provincial immigration in CANADA.is it true or not?

    Hi Oscar,
    i have few questions.
    right now i'm on H1-b visa, after getting i-140 approval through NIW, do i have to get H1-b for other employer if i switch my current employment.
    What is processing time for getting green card after getting i140 for indian national.
    Can you provide this details.

    • @OscarsGreenCard
      @OscarsGreenCard  Рік тому +1

      Yes, generally you do to get another H1B until you file for adjustment of status and you get an EAD card. For India is more than 10 years right now, check the visa bulletin
