Congratulations Davide🎉 I am still waiting for my I140 petition. My priority date was 28 Dec 2022, i hope they will give a decision soon. When I applied i was a final year PhD student just like Davide on June 30, I successfully defended my PhD thesis work. I have over 24 publications, 9 journals & 1 book chapter and 14 Conference papers. I have a total citation of 183 till now. Even I used the same lawfirm Ellis Porter for filing my EB2 NIW petition
Thank you Oscar. I am at the same stage like Davide, I am closer to finish my PhD and almost ready to apply for EB2 NIW. I started learning a lot from your channel two years ago and started building my profile since then. Hopefully soon, I can apply for the I-140.
I work in public health as a biostatistician I'm not really a researcher but I collaborate with researchers and help with the statistical analysis and study designs. Seems like it is impossible for me to prove that I'm well positioned because I don't have citations or first author papers. This guy was really well positioned and had hard time. It's scary
Publications definitely help, but there are alternative ways to prove your are well positioned. Check the USCIS website or eb2niw.info if you want to read about others. There is also a video in this channel about the Matter of Dhanasar
and yes, Davide was really well positioned. However getting an RFE is not "having a hard time". A hard time is getting a denial! RFEs are more common than what you would think and many times not related to the petitioner's qualifications
Great job Oscar, I wish I had found your channel ealier. However, I believe it's not late. I work in Healthcare and wish to do this NIW but am unsure of where to begin. Is there a way to reach you privately?
Oscar, could you please help to clarify, I’m technical engineer in agricultural w/o phd etc. with more than 10 years of experience (including at one of the well known US company), may I have a chance to go thru EB2 process? Since for me it’s not clear importance of my occupation. Thanks
Not really. You are the one that knows your profile the best so please take some time researching the green card category so you can determine if you can make a case for yourself. Good luck!
Hi Oscar, I am not the first author on my most cited articles, should I speak about my most cited articles or the articles I am the first author on it?
no hay fuentes oficiales, sólo para casos apelados y su resolución. Yo hice varios videos al respecto, y tú puedes encontrar esa base de datos si escribes "AAO appeals" en Google. Saludos
Congratulations Davide🎉

Hi, I have a ton of resources available for you on eb2niw.info including a course. I don't do preparation services though.

Thank you for your video. What do think about energy and propulsion research field for NIW?
Any advice?
It´s an interesting proposal for an NIW, seems plausible to make a case for national importance and is also on STEM, which helps
@@OscarsGreenCard thank you
Hi Oscar, I am not the first author on my most cited articles, should I speak about my most cited articles or the articles I am the first author on it?
Hi. Talk about both , but citations are a powerful way to show the impact of your work
Hola Oscar. Donde puedo consultar casos negados o aprobados de eb2-niw?

I have over 70 publications and almost 100 citations, that means am a candidate for EB1A??
No, it does not necessarily mean that. You need to understand the requirements and see if you can qualify: ua-cam.com/video/ek-ou9O1J_s/v-deo.html
Can I file with bachelors degree
if you have at least 5 years of post-graduation full time experience you can qualify under advanced degree
