I don't do profile evaluations. In terms of your studies, you qualify as advanced degree holder, but then you need to look at the Matter of Dhansar and build a winning case. Check eb2niw.info and my course if you want to do it yourself.
There's nothing "guaranteed". Until the adjustment of status is approved, or the consular officer approves, nothing is guaranteed. But, the I-140 step is the hardest and usually if the petitioner has been truthful throughout the process, it should not be a problem

Typically in parallel makes more sense , in my course I cover that kind of strategy

Also prong 3 is also the same in our case. The only difference is in prong 2 and of course a few differences in the recommendation letters

If you know someone in the USA, request it there
in my case, lawyers didnt submit any recommendation letter
It's not mandatory, but often helps with the case
Did it get approved? Are you a strong applicant?
@@newbestofthis4422 yes it got approved. But I wouldnt recommend self petitioners to take that risk. Lawyers can decide based on their experience
