Wow the general concensus is usually having an Engineering or Sciences degree is fine. But you really do need to have a good endeavour that's of national importance.

@@erkh9794 I'm saying i didn't fully understand your message. If the problem is that you didn't get the notification, that could be normal especially if you are abroad. Did you get the e-notification? Did they cash the check? Then i wouldn't worry about it

Hi Oscar, any tips please on arguing national importance for an experienced airline pilot? I’ve got an RFE which says arguing the importance of the industry is not relevant, what matters is the specific endeavours the pilot plans to undertake. They also say the regular work of a single pilot fails to meet national importance. Seems like a tough ask to argue national importance in this case.
Well, I think you should demonstrate that your past work history, could help in achieve more safety and or security in American aviation. For example, you were a flight crew trainer in safety in your current airline, so you can detail what have you learned and how to apply your knowloage and ideas.
@@mtartachenko Thanks for the feedback, that’s exactly what I did with an expanded personal plan and an expert opinion letter. RFE response was submitted in May, now I’m just waiting.

Petition denied after a two month wait! 🤦🏼♂️ It was as if USCIS ignored all my new documents.
@@neilc330 Oh I’m so sorry to hear that. USCIS should be more flexible with professionals like you; your knowledge, skills, and experience would definitely improve American aviation, why say no to your petition?

The short answer is nothing will happen to EAD card or your visa. However, you could face challenges if you need to renew that visa because you would have shown immigrant intent

If I have a US masters and a foreign Bachelors, do I need WES US evauation for the Bachelors? Or is the US Masters enough to qualify?
i have bachelor in radiology but only internship and I don’t have any research experience do I stand a chance on this im interested in radiation therapy since I worked for that to treat cancer patients but I guess that not exceptional or qualifying me I need your expert opinion

It is possibly to do the endevor part by talking about an invention you can propose and hasnt been patented?.. maybe there is a different greencard for that , just courious. Something in your field , product , chemical , talking how it can benefit US etc.
Hi Walter, thanks for your words. Answering your question: not really. The endeavor has to be something that continues in time, and talking about a specific invention is a one time event, even if it takes a few years to complete.
