I submitted my file petition on December 14th 2022. USCIS confirmed they received it. But havent heard from them. Is this normal? Should I call them to ask? What do you recommend? Thank you!! Walter from Peru
Hi Walter, thanks for your kind words. Regarding your application, it is still within what I would consider normal. It is true that lately there have been very fast decisions, but six months is still reasonable with regular processing.

I got confused with the same uploading documents, so I came across that i have mail them .
I don’t understand. Should you mail the documents or should you make an appointment with the consular for an interview? And before any of it are you supposed to pay the fee for I-140 online? Can someone please help me understand how to initiate the process? I’m utterly confused
Did eric submit police certificates by mail to NVC because he mentioned bringing the original police certificates to the interview as well?
All documents need to be mailed as copy, and you may bring originals to the interview as good practice in case you want to show them there

Hi. I understood him perfectly, enjoyed the conversation and I thought he'd bring a lot of value to the table....and seems like many other people did too. Proof that he's clear is that you can turn on the automatically generated captions by UA-cam and they are really accurate.
