I watched this man in the 80’s on PBS lol he was my favorite chef back in the day, emeril owes a lot to this iconic chef!! He always added a little extra alcohol for the cook I guarantee it! You heard me? I’ll get to it real quick like?
My roommates in college loved it when I bought his cookbook, Justin Wilson's Homegrown Louisiana Cookin. We probably ate better then even the rich kids because of him. I made all kinds of recipes out of that book and still do to this day. Loved the PBS show also. I have about two hundred or more cookbooks because of him!

I’m named after him! A legend!
I don't have cable anymore. I miss his show.

YOU TUBE saves the day
JW and Emril are not in the same class. Don’t let Emril fool you into thinking he’s Cajun or Creole.
Thank you Justin for making me embrace my compassion for the culinary world.

I think the 6 pack of beer was to drink instead of pouring in the boil, 😂😂😂
He got the recipe wrong. You're supposed to drink the 6 pack while you boil the shrimp. 😂🍻
I miss watching this guy on TV
My old neighbor.
