25 minute Standing Pilates Workout

  • This 25 minute standing pilates workout will fire up your glute and lower body muscles, while also adding in upper body exercises as well. We'll use one simple prop in this routine - just one block. If you don't have a block, you can substitute with a large book or do the workout with no prop at all. I encourage the use of the block/book though if you have it, since it will enhance the movements!

    Love love love this workout. I can only do standing ones so please do some more. Used an old shoe box as a block.

    That was fantastic!!!! Really like your standing classes. Knees can’t do many floor exercises but getting there. Keep them coming.

    So, I thought, How bad can this be? Must be less challenging, standing up. And as usual you found a gazillion ways to whup my sorry ass 🤣
