- Join me for my newest 30-Day Pilates mat series called Balance! This series will kick off on January 1st, and will be all about finding a balance between strength AND mobility. We continually strive for this idea of balance in pilates since a strong, mobile body is key to long-term health. We'll work on this idea of balance throughout each class and throughout the entire series.
This lower body focused workout will strengthen the glutes and legs, and will also include additional mobility exercises. By engaging the core throughout these movements, you'll also improve core stability.
