I've been moving with Nicole a few months now every morning and I'm now now in really great shape. How do you stay motivated? That's been the hardest for me. My body is changing with these workouts but can't seem to get going most days. I miss my workout ethic in my younger years.😢
A lot of it is in the mind I find, the little voice telling me that I don't have to workout today, today I'm tired, running late etc etc, there's always an excuse. I try not to listen and push ahead anyway and I find that the days that I start with one of Nicole's workouts are always good days, the rest goes well too. It's about the only thing that I really do for myself, so I try not to short change myself :} BTW I'm 58 and probably in the best shape I've ever been. I've been doing your work outs now for several months and I feel a transformation that's palpable from this more than anything else I've tried before. I have hips that aren't level, shoulder and knee problems but they are getting better and better! I used to think I have to live with all these painful problems, after all they've been with me for half my life, but I feel more hopeful than I've ever felt before. Thank you sooo much Nicole!

Hello nicole, i just wanted to tell you that i really appreciate these workout videos you make for us. As a 15 year old who wasnt confident on my body image, i decided to stay consistent with your workout. I've always been the skinny fat type and my stomach fat would always ruin my image on dresses my id realy feel down and low but after staying consistent with your workoits throughout my summer holidays, ive been noticing a lot of changes. First, my stomach is almist flat and ive even noticed some abs forming which im super hyped for and second, i feel myself growing stronger both physically and mentally. I never couldve first achieved a full plank position but now i enjoy them. In my journal,i have a page where i writw about what makes me happy and ive written 'move with nicole workouts ' becausr it genuinly makes me at ease. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I NEVER in my life thought I could like Pilates. Not ever. I was a gymnast growing up, and then I fell in love with weights. When my knees started to hurt and I needed to stop weights, I was SO SAD. I'm experiencing symptoms of burnout, and on some days life feels such a waste of time since I can't really get myself to do anything productive. My whole body is just feeling like it's telling me to stop. Even in the middle of this workout I had to take a moment to just space out to gain some motivation. The last child's pose hit different when Nicole said "your well-deserved child's pose". I almost started crying. The feeling of achieving something, even if this was just for me, felt so nice. The weather is getting cold and I'm spending my days mostly studying or being at work so I wanted to do a more longer workout. The dumbbells were a nice adding😄 I feel like I always comment this same thing, but I am so so SO grateful of you, Nicole!❤ I hope you'll have the most beautiful day!

Hi Nicole, about over a month ago, I sustained a minor injury to my left knee. I overworked it. While recovering, I decided to lay off Zumba and heavy weight lifting and did more Pilates and yoga. I got a great workout through your pilates videos without having to impact or put a lot of strain to my knee. I also discovered that actually, the pilates, especially the sideline series workouts, were great for my left knee, restoring alignment, strength, and range of motion to that knee. In the beginning of my recovery, I had to modify a lot to for the left knee, now, I don't have to modify so much. Thank you for being a part of my journey of recovery and physical therapy.❤
I do traditional strength training for my glutes 3 times a week so I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how that glute series so so hecking hard!! Thank you Nicole! Please continue to challenge us with long and difficult workouts like this one!

I started with 2kg weights and had to switch and even do some exercises without anything and I admit I was not expecting this workout to hurt this much haha Love your videos and I do them pretty much everyday. such a nice burn, especially for my arms and thighs. I started with 2kg weights and had to switch and even do some exercises without anything and I admit I was not expecting this workout to hurt this much haha Love your videos and I do them pretty much everyday. Hope you post more long workouts like this
