I am so pleased I found these standing workouts. I get vertigo symptoms in some of the traditional 'lying on back' pilates and yoga moves but these standing moves are wonderful and have really helped my back pain.

Hi Rose! I'm so glad you enjoyed this :) This workout in particular is not focused on arms or upper body, but you could add light weights (2-3 pounds) if you'd like to work the upper body a bit in this routine.

Love this Caitlin. On days I’m unmotivated to do cardio or anything heavy, I do this. It gets me a kickass workout but without all the stress.
