Quick Standing Pilates Workout with a Block

  • Hello everyone! Join me for a balance challenge in this quick Pilates standing workout using a block. I love adding in a yoga block to my classes, they are so much fun! Don't worry if you don't have a block however, you can still do this class without. This workout will get those glute and leg muscles firing, but do remember your core engagement here, it will help with your balance and will work those core muscles. I try to give modifications along the way, so feel free to take them if needed. See you soon! Emma x
