Maddie, heyy!! I wanted to share my experience with you because of how big of a part you were in my journey!! I was 68 kg in Jan and now I'm 51 (I'm 17)!! I still do your dance party workouts, they are so fun and i LOVE the energy expenditure in them!! I honestly dont know how to thank you enough, but thank you

This is exactly what i needed after a busy hectic week! Could literally feel how much my muscles have been crying to be all nice and soft! Phewww! Perfect way to unwind and maybe to prepare for the upcoming week!😌 And I just noticed how my wrist muscles were also feeling the intensity of these stretches. Just a request to include any form wrist mobility/flexibility/prevention injuries form of stretches!🥺 Thank you so much for everything you do! Honestly it helps and makes everyone to be a better version of themselves! Thank you Maddie! You are amazing and a rockstar! Keep shining bright! 😌🤍 And to everyone out there, y'all are legit so amazing and making wonders in the world as a wonder yourself! Keep doing you and trust you! 💃

i don't know if you will see this but I have been using your youtube videos for the past 3/4 months so that I can get into weight lifting and body exercises and I can definitely see an improvement in my fitness! plus my arms are more toned too. thank you for your videos. you inspire me to work harder
This was perfect. my shoulder has been killing me and I feel great. I slowed the playback down a bit to hold the positions longer and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you! :)

Now that I have done this twice I will say that I find the long lunge sequence extremely strenuous and have to work hard to get through it. I would be so grateful if in the future we could have a lungeless full oder lower body stretch
