I do much the same recipe but I add white pudding in and pigs kidney sliced up. It's the way we do it on the northside of Dublin.

I wonder if we can find Irish sausages here or if we'd get looked at like we have 3 arms. That looked so remarkably easy! And with our God-awful weather I could go for a big bowl!! 🍀😍🥔🥓

Laurice's Kitchen Irish sausage's are just a simple pork sausage so i don't see why you shouldn't get them there , although I've probably just offended Irish sausage makers worldwide lol , but sausage makers i love them. honestly 😁

Dave sorry but you forgot some important steps. You should have chopped the onion. Also you cook half the sausages and cut the bacon into thirds. When the sausage n bacon start to boil change the water and add milk and potato. When potato is soft add cornflower and water to thicken. But in fairness a dam good try enjoyed the video eitherway

To be a traditional Irish ☘️ coddle , you need at least 3 sliced onions. Eating on the day it was cooked. And no parsley, back in the traditional day , there was no parsley. I know cause I’m Irish , and my grandfather was raised in Dublin, 1 of his favorite dishes.
