Damn brother, that made me mighty hungry! Some great layers of flavor there, and that cheese sounds very delish. Damn fine job. And your right, that assistant of yours has beautiful hands. Cheers guys!!

thanks Brother, yeah she does have nice hands lol , the cheese is called Red Leicester very common here like a cheddar just mild in flavour and the colour comes from the annato seed, which supposedly has a nutmeg type flavour. which i why i used it . cheers brother thanks for watching .

Dave I'm making that!!! Probably not until this fall, but I can't wait to try this!! You are so thoughtful to include all the names and pronunciations for both UK and US ingredients. Love your assistant!! It's so neat to see your whole kitchen. I don't think I've ever seen the wall in front of you. 😆💗💖

i get told off if you can see the bin, or the dirty skillet that i just used , etc , my assistant thinks i should polish everything first, but its a cooking thing lol.seriously my kitchen is maybe 5 feet wide by about 12 feet long ? they refer to them like "galley kitchen" to sound chic , so i guess im a galley slave lol ! but the moussaka was fantastic seriously, i could email via wetransfer the actual show with the greek lady doing it, its where i got my idea from.

That recipe looks delicious, Dave! My video assistant laughs at me, as well. Some day when our small channels blow up and we become big stars on UA-cam they will be sorry. Lol!

Well, doesn't that look delicious! Lots of work, but how nice to have a sous chef! LOL...thank you for giving both the British and American names of these vegetables. I have heard the British terms before and have wondered. Take care. (:

my knives are also on a mag strip behind the camera, and the shelf rack makes it look untidy but theres literally no space to swing a cat , the upside is i can see all my tools etc in a glance . thanks for watching Brother, much appreciated.

hi I like eggplants just about any way you can fix them, I enjoy seeing your Tiny kitchen it makes me feel appreciative for my kitchen which is not much bigger than yours I do enjoy watching you cook your items. See if you can find some sort of a conversion chart for us American watchers, that so we can try your dishes. We do like your substitutions because we need to substitute also I see that cheese melted in sauce thanks a lot we enjoy your humor .
