    Your cabbage rolls looked marvelous! I must be the only person who loves artichoke hearts, marinated or otherwise. This was such a fun challenge! 😊

      the white cabbage would be better to do the rolls with but i agree it was fun , as for artichokes the jury is out lol

      It was a very long shift, even though it was only 5 hours. HAven't had a day off for a while now.
      Loved your dish. You're welcome. I have been tagged for the funky spaghetti thing too, I don't know if you caught anyone doing that yet. If you fancy that I'll tag you for that one if you like - its more the traditional dag sort of thing.

      i havent watched any funky spags yet , but i think i'll pass on that for now ,looks like we will be having new windows in the flat in the next month or so , so will be moving stuff and cats to make room for the work, 2 ppl in a 1 bedrm flat makes a tight squeeze lol

    That all looked just wonderful Dave! I remember watching my grandmother makin cabbage rolls many years ago. Since then Shelley and I have made them on occasion,usually a hundred @ a time lol! A great tip for preparing the cabbage is to freeze the cabbage whole for a couple weeks,then thaw in the sink (as a lot of water will come off them).By doing this you'll avoid having to dip them in boiling water to soften them!Works great!

      thanks Dan ,you can kick up the filling with whatever flavors and heat you prefer , the plain white cabbage would work better than the savoy cabbage i had to use, but needs must etc....
