We are vegan and have a large garden. I often send my son who is 5 to the garden to get ingredients when I'm cooking. As we watched your video he said mom he cooks in the garden that's so smart he doesn't have to run back and forth to the garden because he is in the garden.

Congrats Gaz! I tried training for a marathon a few times and would always get injured. Once I started eating mostly plant-based in 2014 I managed to run my first full marathon, now training for #3 a month from now :)

Nice one Gaz. I never get tired of porridge. There's almost an infinite selection of toppings. In winter I like to make frozen fruit into a compote as a topping, and my current favourite is caramelised banana with a touch of maple syrup and chopped pecans. Wales will always have a sweet spot in my heart. I spent some time there doing Outward Bound. It's beautiful and so healing. I'm going to try meal prepping some of your recipes. I'm not doing a marathon but my current focus is to do a full pull up. Thanks for the great recipe ideas! Speaking of quinoa, if you haven't tried its relative kaniwa yet I highly recommend it. No rinsing and it tastes excellent. I just throw mine in a rice cooker.
5 years ago i was on the tail end of an ultimate 4 year vegan stint. definitely the best i've ever felt physically. i've run a couple HALF marathons since then but i'm telling you, nothing compares to that veggie fuel! right now i'm the fattest i've ever been, sitting in a bathtub in Myrtle Beach SC, watching this euro boy on youtube kick my ass! changing my ways now!

I am a vegan walk and weight trainer and eat quite similar to you, Seeds are so humble but packed with goodness. I carry blueberries and seeds everywhere.I fast on several days. Your video is very inspirring. Also love a brown rice and quinoa stir fry. Japanese short grain brown rice because no other choice here.
I’ve just made this stew. OMG it’s a party in my mouth 😍. I did follow pretty much the recipe to a tee, but the harissa was a bit spicy, so I let it down a bit with some 0% Greek yogurt and added a tbsp of honey at the end and mixed it in, just wow. Make this, it’s amazing! And the best thing, hardly any washing up. This is winning at life ❤️. Thank you Gaz 🙏

I have been vegetarian for 2 years but still held onto dairy....why I have no idea. I am going to do my bit as to be an activist against the meat, dairy, beauty and fashion industries.
