Auntie so cute ❤️ The rojak also known as pasembor, or rojak pasembor. For added texture you could add some crunchy vegan fritters - which you can add shallots, more mung bean sprouts with Chinese chives. The texture will be just *chefs kiss

I've made this today as I have guests for diner and got inspired by looking at it. OMG that sauce is amazing, I didn't have all the ingredients specially the paste ones, but with chilly flakes and honey I made it work. It's so yummy, thank you so much
My grandmother on my mother’s side is Javanese and this reminds me so much of Gado Gado 😍. It’s weird as someone growing up Dutch-Indonesian to refuse to have a hard boiled egg with her peanut sauce anymore.. But I’ve adjusted of course. One of these days I’ll make it to that part of the world and eat all the vegan food! 🤩

I love this woman: confidently cooking with a smile on her face. In addition, she gives information about the history of the dish and the people who created it. I lived in Malaysia for a long time and I used to eat at the Buddhist-Taoist eateries and buffet restaurants which are all vegan!
