I enjoy her so much. (As an American, I love her accent and synonyms for words that we use that nail it but are different just the same.) She has a wealth of knowledge.

I can’t unsee what I’ve seen and heard over the past few years in this world. I take everything at face value knowing full well that most of what I see and hear is not the truth. It’s only a narrative presented by the powers that be to keep us sick, divided, poor and dependent. Thank you both for shining a light on what we actually need so desperately today. 🙏

I wish Graham would stop interrupting Zoe and let her talk. She is the pro.

We had some internet connectivity problems. Very frustrating but please persevere this has had well over 2000 views and few complaints. Not bad for free gems of wisdom!

    What about Oxylates?

Not quite sure what question you are asking? Can you be more specific??

@@grahamphillips945 I think Dr. Zoe is awesome. But some of the foods that she doesn’t stress, but mentions, are high in Oxylates ( dark chocolate etc.) I know she can’t cover every single dietary issue but I would think someone of her expertise would at least mention the dangers of Oxylates for a lot of people. One of the reasons many people don’t eat vegetables is because most of them are high in Oxylates.
