  • In this revealing hour-long video, I, a dedicated Canadian citizen, entrepreneur, advocate, and Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), delve into the troubling world of economic class and job-based immigration fraud in Canada. Starting with a 10-minute introduction that outlines the current state of immigration and my own professional journey, I set the stage for a detailed examination of the fraud plaguing the system.
The focus of this video is the manipulation and exploitation within the economic class immigration streams, particularly through job offers and the LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) process. Discover how licensed consultants and Canadian employers are exploiting these pathways for significant financial gain, contributing to a system rife with deception.
Learn about the specific types of fraud encountered in job-based immigration, including fake job offers and the selling of real job positions as a means to secure permanent residency. I also cover the profound implications of these scams, such as modern-day slavery conditions under corrupt employment schemes, and what can be done to combat these injustices.
This video is essential for potential immigrants, policymakers, and anyone interested in the integrity of Canada’s immigration system. It provides critical insights necessary for understanding and reforming the economic class immigration to ensure it serves the best interests of Canada and those seeking new lives here.

The Absolute Best Video about LMIA fraud which has been done in Canada for a very long time. If only the other immigration lawyers or reps would have the same ethics and principles like you. You should have done this 2-3 yrs back then it would have had a tremendous impact. But still thanks for doing it now👍

Thanks so much. The longer I’m practicing immigration, it’s like peeling back the layers of an onion. I hope for some massive change soon.

@@sjpimmigration Yes we can be hopeful but can't expect any major change till Mr Tru..th is in power. Not sure if the next govt will be able to rectify this shit. Because there are already thousands of malicious immigrants from the Indian subcontinent which have entered Canada. Therefore the chances of anything ethical and meaningful to happen is extremely low.
Sorry to say this but Canada has messed up beyond repair due to their infected immigration systems. Yes I am from the largest democracy in the World. Canada already seems to be transforming into something pretty similar to my place.

This is so sad. Currently, the scale of the fraud reached 100k(a middleman has offered me) 😰 . Evil agencies and evil employers.

Thank you for your comment, it’s true, it’s gotten outrageous, and more attention needs to be drawn to it. Canadians are mostly unaware.

I'm trying to leave my country sick of living under the shadows of corruption at every level, and to find out that looking for a job and a better future in Canada is also tinted by those same shadows leads to feelings of hopelessness.
Do I have to assume that every job offer at JobBank that's open for workers outside of Canada is a scam and/or is going to ask me for money? are there any honest employers left?
thank you for this video, for us foreign workers is invaluable information

You are speaking my language…it’s a tough situation right now, and has been exacerbated by our incompetent federal government. There will be a better future in Canada, just not right now for many. It may be better than the situation in your country, but it’s still ridiculous here to see the decline. In my experience, very few if any, respond to any ads outside Canada unless it says they are targeting international, even then, they usually have scummy foreign recruiters working for them who charge. If you can, try your best to be in a high demand occupation (healthcare, trades) and connect directly with employers, either through friends/family if that’s possible. They usually don’t want to exploit. Other occupations are possible depending on your networks in Canada. If you want to be fully in control, not get charged a stupid amount, and immigrate to Canada on your own merits, with no employer support, just spend the next 6 months, 12 hours per day, and become a CLB 7 French speaker and there’s a good chance you’ll have a direct path to PR (based on your stellar English writing skills too), and considering if you have foreign skilled work experience and some education. French draw scores are ridiculously low right now in Express Entry.

LMIA is currently sold for 40k-50k, depending on province. The person coming here doesn't work with the company actually, they just come here and work somewhere else to survive. Mostly construction industries are part of this scam.

Mostly Indian subcontinent employers and immigration agents are a part of this. Canada Job bank is the market place for advertising these jobs.

You seem less like a professional and more of a propagandist. Consider getting educated about federal vs provincial powers and keeping your ignorance to yourself.
