I have stage 4 cancer and I’m doing JD meditations all the time. I’m immersing myself as much as possible in the work, also listening to Abraham Hicks and Sadhguru. All the same, meditate without attachment to the results…..that’s the hard bit honestly.
I’ve had stage 4 cancer for over 5 years. I’ve been optimistic and stay positive almost always. My last PET Scan shows the cancer is in remission! Absolutely no sign of metastasis disease in my entire body. I’m fine tuning my positive attitude with 100% intention that I will remain cancer free. I hope my story will inspire you to let go with no attachment. Hugs, love, and namaste. ❤️🩹
My mother is 90 years old, and she always says, don't focus on the bad things, focus on how things can change for the better, and never allow anything to stay in your thoughts that is bad, no matter what it is. Always know, that everything must change for the best. I follow her and I have never experienced any high blood pressure, stress, or anything that will weigh down my brain and emotions. Seeing my Mom, she is always smiling, enjoying life, and not allowing anything negative to flow within her mind, (even if she is going through something? my mom does not let it affect her.) and I am going to follow her ways and enjoy life to its fullest
I've been thinking about how easy it is to focus on certain things that happened to me in the past and sometimes I will be so deep in it and I will say to myself why can't I use this same energy I'm putting in my past to create a new me
@@zoweyscookingchannel5180you can! 💕It takes some effort to rewire your brain. Create the you and the life you really want. I’m working on it and like what I’m focused on and how I’m changing.
Somebody needs to hear this: it is not enough to listen to Dr. Joe‘s interview or Seminars ONCE! Do it over and over again. Do it EVERYDAY if you can. Use different sources and listen carefully for INSIGHTS INSTEAD of agreement or disagreement. Just listen with a beginner’s mindset even if you have done so much work on yourself. You are loved ❤❤❤
This is why when my job asked if I want the email app for my job on my phone, I said "No".. When I not with you, I not with you, unless I chose to be! I don't want an invasion of access to me.
I have watched the videos of Dr Dispenza videoes many times and his message is the same, but you Sir Dr Chatterjee know how to ask and engage your guests on what we as the audience would like to know.
Suggestion if someone is unable to forgive the person who victimised them, maybe they can forgive themselves for being duped. It may create the distance/detatchment you're looking for to move past it.
The best revenge is always live a better life than them. And understand hurt people hurt people, let go of the cycle, let go of pain and start embracing love
How about realizing at least for smaller infractions that we all cause pain to at least a few people in our life. In other words, clean out your own closet before taking in this how could this person do this to me attitude? If I am cleaning out my own life, I forgive easier.
Your right, it is stored in every muscle in my body! My shoulders are so tight by the end of the day that it feels like there is a knife twisting in back. And I also feel like people I knew and trusted stabbed me in the back. So I guess that says a lot.
Yet we continue to live in a traumatic environment that completely goes against the environment primates need to live. We shouldn't have to trick ourselves into being happy about our cages.
And it's passed down in our blood from generation to generation from our ancestors. Very deep...water carries memory and our bodies are made of this... it's in our blood! So also when we have sex (which is very sacred) we take on all that person's trauma if we are passing bodily fluids. 12 or 13 generations of it. Pretty sad we have been born into a system that pushed this act as if it's not sacred at all. So we have to unlearn the lies and be open minded and keep an open heart in order keep learning the truth! Namaste friends we are all connected but attached to nothing!
This is why it's essential to teach children from a young age about conscious positive thinking so they don't have to go through the pain of unlearning all the negative thought patterns and habits they've accumulated when they're an adult. Great advice from Dr. Joe and Dr. Rangan. Thank you✌️❤️
I learned long ago to forgive myself and I am now 76. I do hold onto some negative attitudes even though I am mostly positive so your videos are helping me change my mental wiring and the ability to ignore the negative. Thank you.
I want to commend you for continuing to search for ways to grow and be better. I know plenty of people who snuggled into their broken selves and just sit with it, making no effort to feel better. I’m in my 60s and I won’t ever give up trying to find my peace. I know it’s in me somewhere
This is the best Joe Dispenza conversation I’ve listened to and I’m only 20 minutes in. It’s more pragmatic than other conversations I’ve heard of his. Thank you
Very true, this will be a hard concept for very emotional people to understand. They may come up with things like "what if my mother dies" or "what if someone shoots me"...but what they neglect to understand is that we still have a CHOICE of what to do next in those situations. Were not saying you arent allowed to grieve, but we ARE saying you can choose to let it consume you forever or you can choose to boss up and deal with the situation☯️ stay educated folks!
Yes and no. There are responses that are hardwired into our nervous systems. Nobody controls whether they go into freeze or not - it's instantaneous. What we can do is choose to respond to the state our nervous system is in, and support it.
@@lovesarita however responses are not hardwired into our nervous systems. our nervous systems learns behaviors, we may have a mechanism to freeze us, but we still learn to employ the mechanisms we have inside of us through learning and conditioning
@@RDeVito Etched into the hpa axis of the brain, the control room, in the highly impressionable age of 0 to 7 (some say it is comparable to a state of hypnosis), is hard wire programming. 58:00 for those who have suffered from anxiety!! What has worked for me for the past 4 days is to consciously blank your mind for as long as you can, stop thinking and let your mind go blank as you go throughout your day, stop thinking about your body parts and breathing and fears. Whatever OCD ticks you do because it’s a hamster wheel, actively focus on staying calm by not thinking. Just flow throughout your day. You’ll get the hang of it once you realize you forget about your disorder throughout your day. As soon as you remember about anxiety, immediately go straight to having an absent mind. Don’t think at all. Calm yourself meditate. If you inner dialog a lot then silence it. Only talk to yourself to problem solve. Your brain is over active and that’s why you spiral.

Most of us, those of us with those high level of anxieties...that's the problem. We can't "blank" the mind. It's a problem that has become maladaptive. Meaning that we cannot adapt it to our normal life...if it were so easy for us to 'blank', we wouldn't suffer from extreme anxiety in the first place. Any more suggestions as to how we can "blank"?
I say the "Our Father" prayer over and over and louder and louder in my mind until I feel better. Find something to repeat to replace the negative thoughts. Done this my whole life. It works for me.
as a profession soldier its difficult to change the brainwashing but this works, its odd to try to become a different person and stop responding to everything as though I am always in danger. I respond to destroy, I'm learning to change this, tough but works
Thank you for your service. I can kind of relate. I grew up in family violence and I’m always scared and on guard. I feel like I grew up in a war zone. Hugs to you.

Subscribed. After spending four years in a situation that challenged me mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, I found myself falling fast and hard into a very dark place. One year later I'm trying to re-learn how to be in charge of my thoughts and how I respond and react to the world around me. So thankful I found you! I'm planning to spend a lot of time and effort using valuable knowledge like this in hopes of discovering and becoming the best version of me. Thank you!
Came into this way of being in 1992 and been developing ever since. Negative emotions create negative energy and that energy backs up in your body causing dis-ease which eventually, over time becomes - disease. Especially if it is something you claim you think you have. If you want to change your life - then change your thoughts - your life will follow your mind
It should be noted that one can "meditate" without sitting with your eyes closed for hours. I do it while working all the time. It's a state of prayer and shifting your thoughts into a different brainwave pattern that evokes the changes we all seek.
Yeah sometimes I do activities like walking or cleaning my house and I do a mediative chant at the same time. Nam Myoho Renge Kyo is my favourite. You can also chant it in your head. Your bodie will believe it's still recieving the vibrations from the chant even if you don't say it out loud.
Yes. It truly is. I accept responsibility for mine about a year ago and have been healing it ever since and drastically changing my life. It’s had ups and downs but I’m making inspired moves every day!
Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?

From roughly age 12 or 13, until 35 (actually until about a few days ago) I've been replaying the most negative thoughts and experiences in my head daily. My entire life was a roller coaster of anxiety panic depression low energy. Used to think it was diet related, but I was never able to follow a pattern as the reactions were never truly consistent. What a major game changer!!
Another thing I noticed that feeds into it for me is news (which they mention) - "the news" is pretty much all bad news that upregulates negative (survival) thinking. In that mix is all the negative self-talk that's evolved over the years. Cut out news and politics and people who are addicted to and regurgitate them, and you'll notice an improvement as well. You are what you consume, linguistically as well... good luck.
This was also me..ever since I’ve also been a negative thinker and have been in such the same place of anxiety, panic attacks and definitely low energy. I am starting to work on myself and I notice slight changes. I’m grateful for his work.
Aho! 10 years in recovery from Opioid addiction. I plan the day before with a planner or, into my think box the night before. What a fantastic interview with Joe! I see some comments like “how does anyone have time to sit through 2 hours?” The answer for me is to break things into small pieces. I’ve listened to this most mornings this week and while cooking dinner. So this is the 4th time I’ve opened YT to continue listening. I listen to around 30 minutes each time. I prefer not multitasking to be honest, and am really into mindfulness monotasking after all these years but because I don’t need to watch the screen I have a compromise with listening to this and I also know it’s the kind of media that will be exciting but not agitating to listen to. I have built up many routines and rituals over the years by doing things in piecemeal more instead of getting all overwhelmed. Short and sweet and steady can also do the trick!! 💗
The answer for me is to do those long meditations in a hot bath. If the water get's cold I add more hot water. But for me 45-1hr is a long one. Obviously whatever Dr. Joe is doing is working ,so I think I am going to try a 2 hr. one and see how it goes.
Dr Joe Dispenza is the main source of learning for me at the most challenging times in my past life, devoted years of practice in meditation and breathe work always feeling crazy for doing it. Then it happened I found exactly where i needed to go and I became addicted to the feeling created within myself, so much so that I was a bag of mixed emotions from tears to laughter to joy to feeling overwhelming blessed in life even though at this very moment I am again in a challenge. I know the end result is going to be amazing, because I am in control again after 15 years of deep deep depression. Bless you Joe Dispenza for your practice and knowledge to better humanity as a whole, I accept and welcome your words of wisdom to help reprogram this subconscious mind with life changing events that I've always known awaited me! ❤

Great things will truly come once one is able to release 🙌 ✨️
The stronger the emotion, the more altered we feel, and the more we pay attention to our trauma, we become and experience the trauma as if it is happening currently, then mentally and physically we are chemically altered by the mere recall of the event and traumatic experience... it's time for us to acknowledge that we choose to relive these known experiences and allow our body to be disregulated by the stress. Take control of our minds. It can only think what we allow it to, and then replace those stressful thoughts with acknowledging our present state, preferably with gratitude. If you want to have better thoughts, train your mind to think what you want it to think, not what we are comfortable allowing it to think... you can do this... it's going to be uncomfortable at first because it's foreign to you... you're safe, smile, breathe, and overcome these negative thoughts... that's where the new you is waiting to be found and free'd... you got this... peacefilled and consistent small changes make for huge results!

It amazes me me that so many people are trying to become "happy" whatever that means. Life is full of struggle, pain, dificulties, set backs, death and ilness. Most of our lifes are usually something between pain and boredom or we just drift where life sent us to. There are ofcourse our happy moments here and there. I think the goal is to reduce excessive and unnecessary pain that is all we have the power to do and it might be in hands to that when bad luck or bad choices hit us hard.
OMG Joe! You just described me in depression to a tee! If I can live by your words it would change my life. I’m struggling to find a reason to get out of bed in the morning. 44, divorced father of 2&8 year old girls. Best thing in my life is going to work
It's 2:54 a.m. here in Battle Creek MI. Your comment are nearly the exact words going through my mind the moment before I read it. I'm 37 married (barely) and 3 young daughters. We don't know each other but know this, you matter.. and you GOT THIS SHIT!!!. You may not know it yet or even believe it's possible, but you can.
I think saying,” I love my ability to help others, to tell the truth, to live morally. That’s why I love myself. When you just love yourself, for no reason, then you will be able to justify anything you do, and never reflect. Give yourself a reason to love yourself. Then you really will, because you did something good.
So important to stay conscious, wow, that hit me really hard. I am a very self aware conscious person and yet I was falling victim to old programming. You have to work on yourself on a daily basis.
Great content Dr Rangan. I love this. I am a man, and just like Dr Joe said we need a pragmatic/scientific explanation for this kind of stuff. I've tried yoga, watced 'The Secret' film and explored various forms of the law of attraction etc. But a lot of it just seemed a bit 'wishy washy' for want of a better term. Since I started applying the idea that 'consciousness' or 'awareness' is separate from the 'thoughts, body or mind, ' I have had several transient experiences and I do feel that I'm making progress in my life. It's as if my previous personality and thought process have taken a back seat and the real me has taken control. My old self hasn't completely gone but it's like a baby brother determined to fight with a much bigger, older and wiser sibling but conscious awareness keeps it at bay with a hand on it's head.
"95% of who we are is a set of memorized behaviors, programs, automatic emotional responses, unconscious habits hardwired, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions that are running pretty much like a computer program, running automatic. You can think positively all you want, saying I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am wealthy, I am free, I am free, I am worthy, worthy and your body is saying - no you are not, you are miserable. There's got to be an "unlearning process" and we have to stay conscious of our unconscious thoughts that slip by our awareness. How you think, how you act, how you feel, is your personality. If you are thinking the same way, acting the same way and feeling the same way, then nothing is going to change in your life. How many times do we have to forget, to start remembering" ... so many gems. Thank you Dr. Joe Dispenza & Dr. Rangan Chatterjee
This is helpful even as a devout Christian because it is scriptural to renew our mind to God’s Word so we can actually apply our faith to relationships and not allow trials and not allow ourselves to be victims of our emotions, our conflicts or trials. Dr. Joe Dispenza is truly a hero of mine.. watching and practicing his meditations has changed my life in a way that i can honestly say that I Am Grateful for. I Am evolving in a most beautiful way. 💛❤🔥🌻
This episode has been so insightful and I whole heartedly agree that curiosity is a key factor in creating the change you want to see. To liberate yourself from old patterns of thinking and to start living a fulfilling life.
It was meant for me to come across this podcast today. It just started playing and exactly what I was going through. Help me to change my thoughts. I'm very grateful that I had listening to this podcast.
First time tuning into this channel and I would strongly recommend everyone to watch the whole 2 hours . Have time to better understand and better you’re self . These two gave great information that is useful and is relevant to everyone.
New subscriber here... but long time Dr Joe Dispenza follower and mentee... this man and his honest, simple, yet hard to hear, real truth saved my life... great community of subscribers and comments... glad to be here. Namaste 🙏
I first seen Joe on what the bleep down the rabbit hole years ago. That movie changed alot about my thinking and got me more into quantum mechanics and trying to remain positive and optimistic in most situations. I'm still trying to work on myself.
Me too! Saw the same movie and was so inspired. I’m still down that rabbit hole. Embarrassed that I’m not smart enough to do it right despite studying, researching and trying as much as I can.
You could also change your UA-cam name. You are not broken. Each time you see that it goes into your subconscious. Keep positive words around you, most importantly the labels you put on your social media accounts 🙂😉
This is such a powerful podcast. Some of what I learned for a better life that changed my life years ago. But thank you both for such a refreshing learning experience. So important!
Thank you so much for this! I always thought I was doing meditation “wrong” because the silence would evoke extreme anxiety and then I feared I’d be left to suffer through the rest of my day stuck in anxiety. How comforting to know it’s a practice and something you can keep working through.
Hello, Dr. Joe and host. I started the work on myself in 1992. And what a joy it is to feel and experience the joy and magic of life! I asked my husband to join me, but his heart was not open to change. He isnt with us today because he passed in 2015. Relaxation and proper restful sleep is so important. I just love going within and beyond to other dimensions. Love and blessings to all who take the first step and follow through on the journey of ultimate health, balance, harmony and love. I am a transformed woman of light and love. Thanks to all who helped me grow and expand my consciousness. You are the light and love of the world. Blessings, Helen.
The only reason I’m reaching to my phone in the morning is to open my playlist to meditate. Period! I don’t even check anything else till later in the morning and that changed my life. Love Joe! Thank you, both!
I don’t watch news, I don’t have social media accounts l don’t drink coffee, I thank God as soon as I wake up in the morning and throughout the day. I have peace and joy. I ask and Allow God to be in control.
Well he is and asks you to be also.
Well said, Same here❤

Very good. Thank you.
When he pointed out trauma is stored in the BODY. He deserved a round of applause. This guy knows his stuff. Very underrated fact on trauma.
Really? Is that not widely know?
Your right, it is stored in every muscle in my body! My shoulders are so tight by the end of the day that it feels like there is a knife twisting in back. And I also feel like people I knew and trusted stabbed me in the back. So I guess that says a lot.
Yet we continue to live in a traumatic environment that completely goes against the environment primates need to live. We shouldn't have to trick ourselves into being happy about our cages.
@@nativetexan53 If you read 'Body Keeps The Score ' by Bessel van der Kolk, you will find so much information on this subject.

I want to commend you for continuing to search for ways to grow and be better. I know plenty of people who snuggled into their broken selves and just sit with it, making no effort to feel better. I’m in my 60s and I won’t ever give up trying to find my peace. I know it’s in me somewhere

not true

Excessive stress causes cancer, and non-vegan diets are highly cancerous, cause diabetes (animal saturated fat), clog arteries, etc. I'm very grateful most bullies are non-vegans, and obese, maybe even morbidly obese. The pain they hold will destroy them more and more. The viruses are destroying themselves, and over 50% of our bodies are viruses. lol.

This really resonated in me.
From roughly age 12 or 13, until 35 (actually until about a few days ago) I've been replaying the most negative thoughts and experiences in my head daily.

Having an investment advisor is the best way to go. Based on a direct encounter with a CFP named Kate Elizabeth Amdall, I can say with certainty that their skills are excellent. She helped raise over $580,000 in 18 months from an initially stagnant portfolio of $150,000
Fantastic! can u share more details?
Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
You're absolutely right, to be a successful in life required not only hard work but awareness and sometime opportunity at the moment, investment remains the best way to start.
I agree with you. Investment is the key to sustaining your financial longevity. And not just any investment but an investment with guaranteed return.
@@bernarddonald8203yeah investment is the key to sustaining your financial longevity but venturing into any legit investment or business without a proper guidance of an expert can lead to great loss too.

thank you for this interview with dr dispenza and producing this video I’m a hemiplegic stroke survivor and dr.joe’ changing my life in soo many ways!! these insights and techniques are truly inspiring and helping me 🙏🏽😘❤️🩹🙏🏽🙏🏽👍🏽
Thank you for this amazing information! As a therapist supporting people who struggle with depression and anxiety. This is going to be so valuable! 💜
Is depression an hormonal imbalance. The reason I am asking is my daughter suffers from depression and when I suggest she listen to videos like this her answer is it won’t help. I don’t know how to tell her that it will help her. Thank you
It is absolutely fascinating listening to this while to come from a decade of suffering, trauma and addiction and you are right now in this spiritual healing state that feels unknown, but right and fills you with joy and excitement, you know he knows what he is talking about.
It leaves me stunned because he is literally speaking what I am observing and experiencing right now and I am so grateful for this because I thought I go crazy in a positive way 😂. I am a 37 teacher and single parenting father and I have never felt greater (change) in my life since puberty!
Thank you Dr. Joe for making me feel wired and connected instead of bipolar or psychotic ❤😮
Dr.Joe Dispenza is my life savior. I can listen to this every single day. So uplifting. ❤
Jay, you asked questions that really got Joe to go deep and give us practical applications. The pre-meditation routine is key, for me. Thank you!

This is exactly what I need to heal many years of my life and stop it from stealing my future! Starting.

" We have become addicted to a life we don´t even like" are "epic" words that resonate and teach us so much...GRACIAS.....GRACIAS....GRACIAS
I realized I had to change my relationship with change and make it positive in order to continue to grow. It's been challenging but I know it'll get easier as a rewire my brain. Just being able to recognize how i feel in the moment is a huge victory because it gives me a chance to make a different choice. Ask a different question. Be open. I wonder what humanity will be like when we all collectively embrace change.
So glad I found this. I’m early retired due to ill spouse: I needed these tools!
Deepest love, appreciation and gratitude for this podcast and for the devotion of both of you, as doctors, to dive into the root cause of our DIS - EASE and to put an end to the marketing of our madness by all of us. Thank you Dr.Joe for helping me to break the habit of being me. Thank you for helping me to constantly shift from the fear that has run my life, the guilt, the shame the blame that has drained me and destroyed my vital life force, as you so passionately share.
Thank you to both of you, for your devotion to this great shift in consciousness that is so needed on this planet❣️🥰😍🤩👌💜💝✌️
You said it all what in my hear ❤

Thank you so much for your sweet inspiration, may good vibes continues to follow you, and stay beautiful and have a beautiful future
Could never really get Dr. Joe’s teachings until I read The Power of the unconscious mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy. That has given me a much better understanding of the Higher Power and subconscious mind etc. it all makes sense now 😊
Valuable interview, Thanks to Dr Joe Dispenza and the host Dr. Rangan Chatterjee. Loved it. Sudarshan Kriya helps to get rid of past thoughts Art of living silence program is very beneficial. Coupled with being self aware of self patterns and making an effort to change patterns and constantly improve consciously. And move towards change.
I believe in you!!
The part about rehearsing actions we Want to have is GENIOUS .
This was just what I needed, even my cat joined in!
Reconnection to self first, then we understand and believe more fully that we always have a choice 💛 doing ‘the work’ is saying yes to yourself
I cannot go back to the world as I used to know it. I am now aware of the mind blowing interconnectedness of my life - so many synchronicities - Wow!
I’m on this journey of self awareness and improvement. It’s has been a joy working to become better. Peak human to speak
You are helping get over my addiction to a bad break up Thank You I'm working on my emotions through movement. Thanks Gentleman💜
Thank you for the pearls of wisdom. Appreciated.
1:34:48 : I like simple :'If you practice, you'll get good at it, so practice kindness and thankfulness, not anxiety''
This is hands do😢wn the best Joe Dispenza interview out there. Dr Chatterjee has been capable of "getting things out of him" that one else has.
This is helpful even as a devout Christian because it is scriptural to renew our mind to God’s Word so we can actually apply our faith to relationships and not allow trials and not allow ourselves to be victims of our emotions, our conflicts or trials. Think on things that are true, excellent and pure and lovely and worthy of praise..Philippians 4

Facts!!!
Spot on! I’m a follower of Christ too and I couldn’t agree more. Jesus routinely got up early and spent time in prayer with God the Father before He faced His day.
The problem Is that here your not spending time with GOD..but with the ENEMY..it's a HUGE difference..The first takes you to SALVATION..the second one. takes you to DAMNATION... JESUS said..What good does It do to you ..if you save your body..BUT LOOSE YOU SOUL? If we go to GOD for our HEALING.. HE will give. It to us..BY JESUS. STRIPES.WE HAVE BEEN ALREADY HEALED..lets claime It.. BELIEVING ..& we Will RECEIVE It..

Its a beautiful thing when you learn that we really have alot more control of changing how our sub conscious works , alot is uncontrolled seed planting through our lives
Our brains areclike a computer we can reprogram our own software, try try and try more , failure is an option more than we realise , not bein strong enough at times is also a weakness , admitted defeat is not chosing to not be strong enough , love you all beautiful people!! Train your vibration be too bizy seeking positive vibes to not allow yourself to be weak to negative energy
Stumbled across this video. And 2.5 hours later, I’m still here.
Really insightful and pragmatic conversation. It just makes sense.
The men love the science I love that cause its true. I've been able to tap into that ultimate ecstasy and create the most incredible change since pure dedication and practice! Thanks Joe Dispenza 👍
We need this brain wave education on every level because it would save us the cost of big pharma.....we are such an amazing creation. Celebrate life and think about the future. Remember gratitude, I am so thankful for your channel and Dr Joe. As a Hospice RN for years, we need more of the natural and down to earth approach. Our brains are SO AMAZING.... Can you imagine solving pain relief, all of our disorders or the depression that so many of our patients suffers from.
This is going to help me with my relationship with my sister. I intend to research before phoning her with a positive mental rehearsal ..I understand now why I had negative emotion and get upset..thank you
I think this is the most helpful thing I've heard while drinking morning coffee.
Thank You!! Better than $125 therapy session.
I was a professional high functioning addict with a high lifestyle. I moved to the outback before pandemic. Simplicity and nature, desert and sea saved my life. I live a healthy simple lifestyle like our ancestors. I am fulfilled, happy and grateful.
I love this man. Joe is a blessing

Great interview! I've been doing the work daily now for over 2 years. I listen to every interview I can find, and mostly it's a reoetition of the info I already know. (But repetition is good). This time I'm finding new pearls, though! Like dr Joe's own morming routine with his thinking box and playing box. Such an eye-opener! Thank you for this great interview!
The above podcast is a lesson in transformation of a new personality n becoming whole, joyful n a useful addition to society. My undying gratitude to De Joe Dispenza fir showing the way forward.

i'm feeling extremely grateful for this video. i've finally come to realize how much i have evolved. this process of becoming a new person each day is fun to watch from the outside, although i am really the one watching and being amazed from the inside. thank you for producing this video and for having one of the most amazing doctors that i can trust. This episode has been so insightful and I whole heartedly agree that curiosity is a key factor in creating the change you want to see. To liberate yourself from old patterns of thinking and to start living a fulfilling life.
Always good value on channels with Dr. Joe Dispenza as a guest. Very good interviewer in Dr Rangan as well!
It was meant for me to come across this podcast today. It just started playing and exactly what I was going through. Help me to change my thoughts. I'm very grateful that I had listening to this podcast.
That’s amazing. I came across it 3 months ago and listen to it over and over again when I feel like my wheels are spinning
Thank you, you have my thanks respect and eternal gratitude!
Love his take on having insight and how it’s not enough. I’ve been stuck on that phase for years
Thank you so much for all the information you give us. May God bless you and your family always🙏😍
The only reason I’m reaching to my phone in the morning is to open my playlist to meditate. Period!
I don’t even check anything else till later in the morning and that changed my life. Love Joe! Thank you, both!
