    Immigrants s looking to come to Canada to study will need to align themselves with the economic needs of the country. Otherwise, stay at your country!!! Put all biases aside, there is no jobs in Canada right now especially for international students. It's tough on the ground. It's easy to listen to a prep talk but when you have to live out the experience for yourself you'll see how tough canada is. MANY IMMIGRANTS wishes they stayed in their home country.

    Hi Sahil wonderful video! Quick question. Would any current policy or any policy in future impact Permanent Residents who have not yet made a move to Canada for good? Can the government in any way revoke PRs ?

    The gravy train is over. Appreciate you finally acknowledging that Canada is not a viable destination for someone looking to immigrate or even get a good job. They have pumped this place with millions of people over the last 10 years with a serious lack of planning on absorption and we’re seeing the changes because of that. Anyone in Canada knows where this is heading - a serious reduction in immigration from now onwards.

      @@SahilSayal you yourself have said there are ~2.5 million temporary residents in Canada all vying for PR. With 500k spots where do you think there is space for much more overseas PR immigration? It’s very limited, you surely know that. The only benefactors are trades, healthcare, and francophones who are applying from overseas. The regular corporate employee seeking FSW/General draw from India has very slight chance. You talked about the next government, Polivierre has stated that he’s going to link immigration to housing starts. Canada has built 140k houses on average every year. This is one of the few statements he has made about his upcoming immigration plan, and we should take it seriously. I was simply adding up what you said, I didn’t mean to offend you.

      Canada is still a good place if you have the right skills, education and are willing to work hard. My wife is visiting Kerala for the last 3 weeks. She says the place is a disaster and every youth is trying to get out.

    • @SahilSayal
      @SahilSayal  2 місяці тому +1

      I am not at all offended, just trying to put clear perspectives out there. Even though there are 2.5 Mn TR in Canada, the number of PR will still be close to 500k. That does not mean the numbers are reducing. It just means that the situation has gotten more competitive and the country is more sought after in the world of immigration. Doesn't mean " a serious reduction in immigration from now onwards." what u said in ur initial comment. What the next govt will do and when they come in power is all future. We can't rely on something that hasn't happened. So what's the point of creating a negative sense around it.

    Hey Sahil, thank you for these amazing vidoes that you put out.
    PGWP expiring in November and sitting at 497 with 3 years of Canadian work experience. I would highly appreciate if you were to clear my one doubt. " To be eligible for CEC a candidate should have Canadian WE in the last 3 years". Will my Canadian experience expire after 3 years or will it be valid till 10 years (My Scores will increase significantly I was to go back home and get 1 year of WE).
    Thank you again for making these informative videos💪

    Hi, is it true that SOWP wait time is about the same for all countries? And can someone tell me a rough estimate as of now? I applied on February 9th and for my country, it says 53 weeks but can’t believe it will be that long wait. It was 39 weeks when I applied. It is hard to get the right information as another consultant said that wait time is the same for all countries. I appreciate the helpful comments!

    • @SahilSayal
      @SahilSayal  2 місяці тому +1

      No it's not as such. We are seeing SOWPs in 16-18 weeks. Get GCMS notes and MP help if not resolved until now.

      @@SahilSayalThank you. So you think it will be 4-5 months? I submitted a good, well put together application, and my lawyer said to wait until we hear back from IRCC. They have my biometrics from a previous application that my consultant filed incorrectly under wrong program so I got a refusal.

    Part of Canada's population shortage has to do with Canadians moving to other countries just because of the cold climate, high cost of living. The US and Europe are attractive places to go for Canadians. Canada will always need immigrants to fill this gap if people keep leaving the country.

    • @dominoes127
      @dominoes127 2 місяці тому

      No, population aging, lower fertility levels, and the high number of immigrants and non-permanent residents coming to Canada is why.
