I'll try doing it daily cuz it's just stretching and I love stretching , I'll tell you guys if I get the results Day-1 ✅ felt pretty normal not tired and it's not hard at all I did this after doing another workout but still it's good Day 2- ✅completed it +another work out Day 3-✅I noticed some changes the legs bent a lil inside Day-4 ✅completed I continued this for few more days but stopped it I'll continue again Day-5✅I did this after doing three different workouts so it felt good to stretch Day-6✅I did this after few other workouts and basically I'm doing this for stretching at this point

@@УльянаХалева-н8е у меня немного колени в разные стороны, а ещё на половину ноги большие ляшки. (49 см по моему) ноги стали лучше в плане колен, а ляшки не изменились (но я упорно делаю упражнения на ляшки, пока изменений нет)

I have done this for month and have unbelievable result🎉🎉 my friend said that im looked taller after summer time, and prettier leg for sure. i did it every day or miss someday, so simple, fast and with the music make it not boring. And it's not hurt buttocks 😊😊😊 the most important is persist do it everyday

最初はこの動画を3セットでやっていました。今はこれと他のバージョンを4種×1セットでやり始めました。
ぎっくり腰になってから半年間週1で接骨院に通っていますが、良くならず、ストレッチも教わり毎日やっていますが良くなりませんでした。
それから動画を拝見し試した所、2日目に筋肉痛に。3日目から筋肉痛も越え、かなりのスピードで良くなりました!
まだまだ、腰の方は痛みは多少ありますが、接骨院に通っていた半年間より確実に良くなりました😊
仕事中も背中や腰に痛みがありましたが、痛みも少しずつ改善に向かっております😃
これからももっと良くなるように続けていきます😊

I have done this for month and have unbelievable result🎉🎉 my friend said that im looked taller after summer time, and prettier leg for sure. i did it every day or miss someday, so simple, fast and with the music make it not boring. And it's not hurt buttocks 😊😊😊 the most important is persist do it everyday
@Ravindra-d3t5f I didn't measure at first because I Don't expect to get taller, I just started practice just for straighter legs and it's really effective
