I started doing your workouts in June 2020, starting with 15 mins thigh workouts, back workouts and arms exercises. I wasn't able to do any of your intense workouts or the longer ones; its been more than an year now and I have lost 17 kgs thanks to you. I can do hiit everyday for more than 100 minutes now, reduced my bmi to 19 and feel much healthier now. You are the first youtuber I followed and I couldn't have expected better results. @@imanahsan2062 yeah I followed a 800 calorie diet for 2 months with 30 mins of daily exercise, then went on for a 1000 calorie diet with 50 mins of exercise everyday for about 2 months. I now eat about 1300 calories everyday and exercise around an hour everyday in both morning amd evening. Cut back on sugar and snacking for best results!

@@sekimasumi4092 no. not unless u lift weights and do so much squats or strength training fr ur legs. they r important but u shld do them in limit. if u r confused wt workout u shld do in a day. u can check emi workout programs wre she will be giving the workout schedule fr 2 weeks, 28 days, 4 weeks and many more. there r many workout programs. u can choose them based on ur needs. and plus mostly emi's workout r fr woman which means they only tone and slim our body and not bulk it. thank u

It felt a bit harder than yesterday cause my legs were stiff but after the exercise it feels really nice. I’m also starting intermittent fasting today.
All of Emi's workouts are def. helpful. Specially this one , I've been following a lot of thigh workouts but never saw any results until now. I've understood that the key is consistency and and and... the most imp fact is you need to maintain balance between toning exercises and stretching exercises, which is what is preset IN this video......

So I want to suggest the person who is new, If you want to lose weight just do emi's workout videos plus proper diet... You will definitely get the results.
@@Bakerstreet01 eat more of protein instead of carbo, don't eat junk food and sweets or drinks, if you want, you can try eating fruits instead of junk food, but know your portion. When I'm on my diet, I still can eat junk food but on my cheat day which is once per week and still know my portion. Drink more water, exercise regularly, don't be stressful and sleep properly. I lost almost 5kgs in 3 months, from 57.80kg to 52.90kg. Goodluck!

Incase you’re wondering this works like a charm! My legs were around 30 inches and since I started which was a month ago it has went to 24 inches on one leg and 23 on the other! Drink lots of water eat plenty protein and take a day of rest and you got itt

Amazing :) this works like a charm! I got results pretty fast, just make sure to be consistent with your workouts! And remember that it doesn’t matter how fast you do a workout, if you can’t do it fast, then do it slow. Slower results are better than none. 加油!

I’m going to start this workout from today. My thighs have always been something i am really insecure about. I’m going to try to update every day. My weight has increased from 52 kgs to 55 kgs. However, i am really determined to pull myself out of this dark place. I’m restarting my journey from today. Your workouts are amazinggggggg, but i would like to request you to come up with some program focusing just on hips and inner thighs because you have just one 21 days lower body challenge as far as I remember, so please give it a thought I guess other's would love that too.

i’ve completed chloe tings slim thigh challenge and after seeing minimal to almost no change i’ve decided to do this workout along with OppServe’s abs+smaller waist hourglass workout and lily sabri’s inner thigh workout. I’ve done all three daily for a week now and decided to keep track. In the past week i have seen changes and hope to see more. In may I had a severe knee injury and I had to stop working out, which I really love. It was real tough and even now I can’t do most of leg exercises I did before because I can’t put any weight on my knees. I am so thankful for this workout, please do more of them emi🥰

Hi emi, started doing your workouts, along with healthier eating in 2020, (may) in may 21, I lost two stone. I’ve maintained good weight by gym sets in the week. Recently I had ankle surgery and couldn’t weightbear, I was so thankful for the bed excersise routines, (guilt saver!) Your workouts are fantastic, and they work.
i’ve been playing badminton for almost 7 years and because of those trainings my thighs became so thicc that they stick together and weighed 64 kg a month ago but now i am 60 kg after i did emi’s workouts! my legs are shaking after i did this😭😭😭

I started doing your workouts in June 2020, starting with 15 mins thigh workouts, back workouts and arms exercises. I wasn't able to do any of your intense workouts or the longer ones; its been more than an year now and I have lost 17 kgs thanks to you. I can do hiit everyday for more than 100 minutes now, reduced my bmi to 19 and feel much healthier now. You are the first youtuber I followed and I couldn't have expected better results. @@imanahsan2062 yeah I followed a 800 calorie diet for 2 months with 30 mins of daily exercise, then went on for a 1000 calorie diet with 50 mins of exercise everyday for about 2 months. I now eat about 1300 calories everyday and exercise around an hour everyday in both morning amd evening. Cut back on sugar and snacking for best results!

I followed your workouts back in 2020 June and lost almost 20 kgs!! @@sekimasumi4092 no. not unless u lift weights and do so much squats or strength training fr ur legs. they r important but u shld do them in limit. if u r confused wt workout u shld do in a day. u can check emi workout programs wre she will be giving the workout schedule fr 2 weeks, 28 days, 4 weeks and many more. there r many workout programs. u can choose them based on ur needs. and plus mostly emi's workout r fr woman which means they only tone and slim our body and not bulk it.

All of Emi's workouts are def. helpful. Specially this one , I've been following a lot of thigh workouts but never saw any results until now. I've understood that the key is consistency and and and... the most imp fact is you need to maintain balance between toning exercises and stretching exercises, which is what is preset IN this video......

@@Bakerstreet01 eat more of protein instead of carbo, don't eat junk food and sweets or drinks, if you want, you can try eating fruits instead of junk food, but know your portion. When I'm on my diet, I still can eat junk food but on my cheat day which is once per week and still know my portion. Drink more water, exercise regularly, don't be stressful and sleep properly. I lost almost 5kgs in 3 months, from 57.80kg to 52.90kg. Goodluck!

i’ve completed chloe tings slim thigh challenge and after seeing minimal to almost no change i’ve decided to do this workout along with OppServe’s abs+smaller waist hourglass workout and lily sabri’s inner thigh workout. I’ve done all three daily for a week now and decided to keep track. In the past week i have seen changes and hope to see more. I also walk to school everyday (10 mins) and have tennis 2 times a week.

idk how to feel about this i’ve lost weight and kept it constant then a month ago i started gaining again and when i weighed myself this morning i was right back where i started, 47kg and i was like ain’t no way so i’m back once again trying to lose weight, going down the same rabbit hole but i just hope i lose it fast cause i can’t stand seeing myself like this. i was 42 at my lowest and i’ve gained 5kg since then and it really does sting seeing myself having gone through that just to end back where i started so here goes nothing lol

In may I had a severe knee injury and I had to stop working out, which I really love. It was real tough and even now I can’t do most of leg exercises I did before because I can’t put any weight on my knees. I am so thankful for this workout, please do more of them emi🥰

Hi emi, started doing your workouts, along with healthier eating in 2020, (may) in may 21, I lost two stone. I’ve maintained good weight by gym sets in the week. Recently I had ankle surgery and couldn’t weightbear, I was so thankful for the bed excersise routines, (guilt saver!) Your workouts are fantastic, and they work.
i’ve been playing badminton for almost 7 years and because of those trainings my thighs became so thicc that they stick together and weighed 64 kg a month ago but now i am 60 kg after i did emi’s workouts! my legs are shaking after i did this😭😭😭

Thighs in cm : 44.6 both
Day 1:✅ felt great afterwards
Day 2:✅ pain in thighs but sill did the workout
Day 3:✅ okay I just read the comments will working out
Day 4:✅ awesome. Felt no pain and felt fast
Day 5: ❌ did not do today
Day 6: ❌ went out to dinner with family.
Day 7: ❌ had a family reunion with cousins for 5 hours
Day 8: ✅ did it and felt no pain
- going to go for 1 more week
Day 9: ❌ went to cousins house until 11:00 and needed to go to bed early
Day 10:✅went great afterwards ( did another exercise for 9 minutes ) weight now: 106.
Day 11: ✅ nothing much
Day 12:❌ didn’t feel like doing the exercise
Day 13:✅ only went through 18:42 of the exercise because thighs were numb from ice skating and soccer ( had on the same day )
so what are the results ?
i’ll try this workout for 10 days
