This was my first wall Pilates workout! Not to tough for this 51 yr old bird, but challenging enough to get one more step closer to being in better shape. Thank you! 😊 Have a beautiful day.
20 months after giving birth to my 1rst baby and 7 months after the 2nd, I am ready to get my body back. I really like the coaching and the exercices. I just hope it will be enough for a month or 2 to sculpt my body and keep doing it to maintain. I just wanted to suggest to explain better some mouvements. I am exercising from Senegal 😊
I just discovered your channel and already did a couple of workouts with you. I love your style of teaching / working out, easy to follow, well explained, no loud music in the background, and with results. I did one legs and one core workout and I got sore the next day :)
This might be my favorite of all the wall Pilates, though it is hard to pin, they all are pretty great but I did like this quite a bit- Day 7, x2, complete 😊
I have gravitated to you and your wall pilates for a solid month and have seen the improvements. Now, mind you it's been slow, but nevertheless impactful and my love has grown for pilates. I use my ankle weights and dumbbells with all of your routines to maximize your, my workouts with you. You rock lady!!! 😁🤸♀🧘♀
Hi Rachel, have you created any nurtrition advice? I always hear that change comes with good nutrition and good exercise. I was wondering if you had put out any info on nutrition, or even just what you do :)
I don't give nutrition advice but I do recommend the carbon diet coach app, it is really helpful for figuring out how many calories to eat, and macro portions! This is my discount link: web.joincarbon.com/?via=rachel
@@rachelsfitpilates thank you! I just turned 51 and I love that you incorporate dumbbells into the workout. This is excellent for perimenopause and menopause to help maintain lean muscle!
@@HollyLaCroix you can go as high as is comfortable! For a strength workout you would want to select a weight that gets difficult on the last few reps (if we did 10 reps, starts to get hard around 7/8). This is longer work times though so that’s why I suggest a little lighter for this one

What weight for the dumbbells?
If you are a beginner I recommend 3-5lbs!
