I just realized that the comment I originally wrote for this video ended up on another video 🤦♀️ this is the comment : Another great video! I love the added challenge of the having a resistance band. I feel like any time you have a prop like a band or a ball, it forces you to have good form! Great job!

As soon as I received your email about this video, I tried it right away! I love glutes with bands. Good ab work too. Next time i will take off my socks so my feet dont slip off the wall, and use a stronger band for more resistance. Loved it!

Great day 6 workout! I am hooked! These workouts motivated me to incorporate a healthy diet along with my workouts. I took before and can’t wait it take after. Once I finish this 14 day beginner I will pick a longer challenge to continue my journey! Thank you so much for your amazing channel 🎉🎉
Really loving these workouts! They burn while you’re doing them but they’re not so long and hard that you don’t want to come back k the next day. I hope o. The next time you do I’ll be able to add in the extra workout or do them 2 times, but right now I’m building up and working on consistency In exercising every day! Thank you for all these videos series!!
I bought a band a few years ago but rarely use it - this was great - the time goes so quickly, and before you know it the routine is over 😢 … note to self … remember to breath when you’re doing the 100 with leg raises 😜😂

Really feeling a lot better and managed a full 30 second plank as well as reaching through on the glute stretch finally. 😊
