    How to meditate Anapana meditation:
    Sit crossed leg, neck and back straight, mouth gently closed. Observe your breath moving in and out of the nostrils. Keep your attention here for as long as possible, when it wanders away, bring it back. Keep bringing it back to the breath and observe.
    All are welcome to participate.
    Stay for 2 minutes or 2 hours, what ever you are comfortable with. When you are ready, increase your meditation sit by 1 minute. Keep on progressing, keep on trying.
    The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two, to start and continue.

    Arahat is a state where ones mind (citta) transcends into samatha ( at control control and pointedness ) state without any desires,anger,hope etc... arahat ( 4th stage of jhana) can reach that state of reaching 4th jhana through meditation where only bliss arises abandoning all sensual desires etc when he leavea bliss or sad and moves into the sudhassavhaban among top rupa brahmas in the 32 existences of loka bhumi ...and nibbana attains by the mind or citta by Arahat which is called atta or soul by other religion and vanished there permanently in the akanitha brahma....like buddha and other arahats did ..which is mentioned in the tripitaka.
