when I have learnt educated for the purpose of non belief in non one way ie guru to disciple as voices disturb in alone unwillingly that too dominating unwillingly on your behalf .truth is foremost for Guru .namo Buddhay
True buddhist vipassana is based on seeing arising and vanishing of the five aggregates .Whenever you get a signal through five sense organs you can see a light appears in the middle of the forehead and vanishishes instantly allowing the sense organ to grasp a new object .This is called Udayawaya wishdom .More than 200 satipattana suttras including Maha satipattana suttra lead us to see this true transient nature .Every satipattana suttra says thus " Samudaya dhammanu passee va viharathi " i vaya dhammanu passee va viharati " means Dwell seeing arising and vanishing of the present dhammas .
