How to meditate Anapana meditation:
Sit crossed leg, neck and back straight, mouth gently closed. Observe your breath moving in and out of the nostrils. Keep your attention here for as long as possible, when it wanders away, bring it back. Keep bringing it back to the breath and observe.
All are welcome to participate.
Stay for 2 minutes or 2 hours, what ever you are comfortable with. When you are ready, increase your meditation sit by 1 minute. Keep on progressing, keep on trying.
The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two, to start and continue.

Thanks for sharing this video. I have taken a 10 day course of Vippassana and taken a few steps in the path. In my own experience, it become very clear for me that when I was practicing samadhi, lot of sankaras came to the surface of my mind and they were expresed as solid sensations. I realized I have a huge amount of impurities and sankaras accumulated. May all beings be liberated and fully happy.
If this helps. I have done seven 10 day courses over the last 9 years and loads of stuff still comes up🙏
The end goal is, to do Vipassana 24/7.

After 10 days of vipasana course. I started doing vipasana on a daily basis, 1 Hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening
But sometimes this thought comes to my mind how this works only by observing sensations.
Sometimes I don't get sensations, sometimes some subtler sensations on my face but till I stay equanimous.
