Honey Mustard Steaks Part 1: Cooking the steaks Season steak(s) with oil, salt and pepper on both sides. Cook steak(s) in a pan on medium high until cooked, or how desired. Set aside cooked steak(s). _____________________________________________ Part 2: Making the Honey Mustard Sauce: Mix equal parts of... Mayonnaise. Dijon mustard. Honey A tiny splash of apple cider vinegar. Salt and pepper. Mix. Set aside. _____________________________________________ Part 3: Making the cream sauce: Cook 1 diced onion and 2 cloves of diced garlic, in oil. Then add about 1/3 of a cup of white wine. Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of your Honey Mustard Sauce. Add a splash or Worcestershire sauce. Cook sauce until the sauce thickens. Now cut the steak(s) into small pieces and mix them into the sauce. Serve.
