21 Minute Dumbbell Burpee HIIT Workout
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest for 2 rounds before moving onto the next exercise. Every 3rd exercise there will be one round of burpees for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds’ rest.

5. Dumbbell Reverse Lunge
6. Dumbbell Bent Over Rows
7. Lying Triceps Skull Crushers
8. Burpees

What a burn! This is excellent for those of us who can’t spend 3hrs in the gym. Also, if you have a few dumbbells at home you can do this at home. I used to workout like this at least once a week. Critics say this is a waste of time working out like this, (lower weight/minimal rest in between), and I want to wack them! I know that feeling when you can’t move the weights any more and you’re still mowing through. Great video, and I am going to check out your other ones.

This is one of my go-to in the funks Arsenal ! It is a great building and conditioning workout and good for everyone including any fighter or combat sport athlete! Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Awsome work Man. I'm 54, skinny mesomorph, 150 pounds, 5.5' tall. I'm working regular HIIT/ dumbells just 5 to 10 reps each exercises but not timing and wow that 21 mins. routine you did is absolutly my next challenge and that burpees seems the real killers.

How many times a week do you recommend to start and then progress to more days! Love how the equipment is pretty much what we have at home so pretty basic which I love.
