I lost 60 lbs with YOU after the birth of my youngest (who is 1yr old). In my closet, everyday, I just showed up and pressed play! Now, 7 weeks after my hernia repair (very happy to have it fixed) I'm back with your workouts again! It was just enough post surgery, but I still feel the burn 🔥 Thank you 👏🏽👏🏽
Question: Can I do JUST THIS workout (or similar) and get fairly fit and toned? I'm not overweight, just need to get stronger & fitter, not bigger. And, should someone do this everyday or every other day? Thanks to anyone who can answer.
Yep, absolutely. Won't make you huge at all. Is designed to lose fat and give you lean muscle 😇 Will sweat alot and is taxing. Don't do every day. Rest joints and recover. 3 times a week is enough. Like working on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.. Or a combination of 3 days that suits you. I do Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. On other days walk my dog. And recover.
@@deer8547 Awesome, sounds great. I was actually sore for several days after doing this last week, so even if I wanted to do more often I think I need at least 2 days between to recover... at least for now. Will add other types of workouts in between. Cheers!
@@CriticalThinker02 👍 Good that you noticed you were sore and rested. Many fail to see that and work more and hurt themselves, or see no results long-term because doing too much exercise. Great stuff! It works really well when done right. Plenty of water too and good food and solid sleep 👌
Been watching you for 10 years at least. Dude really changed my workouts and conditioning. Much respect plus he barely ages. Glad to be black ✊🏿
