    Warm Up prior to work out and use the follow along Workout video
    Superset #1
    1a) CLOSE GRIP Triceps PRESS - 3 Sets of 12 Reps
    1b) Alternating Single Arm Bicep Curls - 3 SETS, 12 REPS
    Superset #2
    2a) Diamond Dumbbell Close Grip Push Ups 3 sets - 12 reps
    2b) Isometric Zottman Curls - 3 sets of 8 reps
    Superset # 3
    3a) Lying Cross Body Triceps Extensions to Reverse Chest Press - 3 sets of 12 reps each exercise
    3b) Wide DB curls (lunge position) to Bent Over Close Curls - 3 sets of 8-10 reps each exercise
