      @@tarankalawat1646 I am, I'm not planning out my business for that little profit. But I'm stating the reality that 5k per month feels like a ton right now for me. That will change with time, but right now I have one cent in my account.

      all I ever wanted was $5k/mo, then I hit it, then I was like "now what...?" so I set a goal for $100k/mo. all I ever wanted was to run a business and make a living from it because it's always what I've done as a hobby. I just set these big goals because without any direction life can feel pointless really fast. $5k/mo is a good goal, but if you set a goal for $5k/mo in 2 years then it'll take you 2 years. if you set a goal for $5k/mo in 2 months, odds you hit it within 4 months are really high. just be careful with the timelines of your goals. too long makes things take longer than they need

      I found my coach via a coaching program I was in, he made a post and I reached out to him. he found his first few clients on twitter and they just reached out to him asking to pay

      no idea when it comes to channels bc it's been a couple years since I watched agency videos on yt, but starting is the hardest part. send one message. the rest happens on its own if you're patient and consistent. don't stop.

    question, whats a best way to pick a niche?
    I got almost 8 yrs exp in ecom / info products but ppl keep saying its a bad niche + so far in my out reach I haven't had much luck and keep only finding start ups vs ppl I can charge $5k /mo for

      then that's prob a good place to start and what I would personally do w your experience. it's all noise. real estate is arguably a bad niche bc it's so saturated, but I'm making it work. it's all about your skills as an entrepreneur, but picking a growing niche helps

    I have a few friends that run businesses and are starting businesses (its the reason I started my agency) is it possible to see any results with a under 500 a month ad spend?

      yeah, your results won't be significant on that budget though, even if you're really good. I'm getting sales call bookings for like $45-50 USD right now, so that would only be about 10 bookings a month. if half show and you close at only 20%, that's only 1 client

      @@Nomadhooligan courses save you time from figuring out what on youtube actually works, etc. and they help you learn a few little secrets people don't give away for free on youtube (just about everything can be found on youtube though, it just takes a lot longer)
      you don't have to buy a course, and a lot of courses are bad, but it helps if you're serious. I wish I bought courses sooner, and I even got screwed out of $1k when I bought one course. it sucked. at this point I'm like $30k deep into coaching though and I intend on dropping another $50-100k in the next year roughly. I don't sell anything at the moment, but I will sell a coaching program/course to people doing over $5k/mo in the coming months. full transparency/disclaimer

      worked in a real estate office and started an agency for 5-6 months, then started my current agency feb 2020. I'd personally start with some free methods, get a proof of concept then dive into ads asap

I already had experience w real estate leads, so I said screw it and went with real estate. wasn't some high iq decision. it's actually a deadly saturated market, so I'm playing on hard mode. great for building your skills though

      @Evan Vance Any thoughts on Venture Capital? An agency that could provide pre-qualified investment opportunities for firms like that. I just don't hear anybody talking about that so maybe there is opportunity there. If I can't think of something unique soon I will just do real estate
