Merged my production company into a public company (by age 39 $$$$$$$ figures), bad news, I lost it all (long story). I'm 63 now, starting over. Your advice & action steps are so valuable. You got my creative juices flowing again! Thanks to this channel (The Young Guns), I'm feeling a bit of my mojo back, you guys are giving me hope. Just found your channel. And i think you are one of the best and honest entrepreneurs out there. Please keep posting these valuable info. Good luck with your future projects
This video is awesome-please make more like it! I love hearing everyone's ideas, but I'd really like to hear more about how you come up with your own ideas and how you qualify them. It would be great if you could also cover how to evaluate whether to scale, what KPIs you use to measure success, and how to plan an exit. For example, in another video with Cody, you mentioned that selling an email list is valued at $1 to $10 per subscriber. I'd love to learn more about that, and I think others would too!
This is great. It would be amazing to actually do a full series where you start from this and actually go step by step building something new. Then share the results of the process along the way. Buisness idea --> identifying product market fit --> iteration wth customer feedback --> total sales over X time Maybe this is already what you are doing, this was the first video I've watched.
Yes like maybe the 72 hours to market idea you and Jicecream talked about.. doesn’t have to be a go live idea but maybe model ‘an’ idea that shows how you picked an idea and steps you go through to launch?
Thanks for sharing these tools and approach to finding a potential startup ideas. Well done at keeping it concise and practical. Keep the awesome work!
Awesome video, Greg. Thanks for sharing. And yes, please, more "cooking the kitchen" videos about how you do it. Would love you to do another video where you've actually taken a real life idea from Gummysearch, analyzed competitors, wireframed and launched a website and created content, etc. Then how you would grow and monetize it.
Yet another quality video added to your portfolio, Greg. This is fantastic. I haven't gone through your entire library, yet, but I'd love to see more content like this and videos where you walk through how you break down strategies and tactics for ideas with regard to marketing and sales.:)

Absolutely great video! Very realistic and to the point. Would also love if you could go through the end-to-end process till the actual app creation. Like a 48-72 hour challenge in which you do everything from ideation to execution. This is a very good way to generate proven ideas, but the execution part can also get tricky so I am sure a lot of us would also like to see that part.
Thank you, Greg ❤. This is one of the best, most honest, and most educational videos I have seen. I promise you will be the first to know if I build a successful business. 🤸♂

Hey Greg, first time on your channel and this is awesome, thanks for sharing your tools, i'm desperately trying to claw my way out of a 9-5, my affiliate marketing site bombed after 9 months of hard work with nothing to show for it so i'm pivoting into a Saas concepts, all is not lost as i've learned a lot over this period ... Appreciate the feedback and letting us into your process, its invaluable.
Thank you so much Greg for sharing this information and your strategy! Could you possibly walk us through the next steps. Like setting up the community… where would we set this up… in FB, X, our own website? How much content would we need to put out? How often? How soon do we need to put products in it? Do we partner with other dog suppliers to promote their product first? Maybe show us with a mock company each part and how to go about doing it? How would we manufacture our own products?
Great and very helpful video, Greg! Thanks 🎉what would you do to monetize what you found in the dog niche for example? Build an affiliate site and offer products? Build a site, write ebooks and sell them? Write a paid newsletter and build an audience, write posts all over social media and monetize with ebooks and physical products? Something else?
Of course this comes up because I spent the morning using to AI give me ideas on something to build but this video is so valuable because of being able get real human feedback about how they might think about that idea! Appreciate the vid!

hey greg! love your content but wanted to mention something about step 3 - using perplexity for creator search might not give u the most up-to-date results since they use cached data 😅 as the marketing manager at jenova ai, i can tell u that real-time search makes a huge difference. we built our reddit search engine specifically to handle natural language queries + show latest posts/discussions. u can literally ask "who are the most popular creators in [niche] right now?" and get current data also quick tip - try combining reddit + youtube search in one go. we let u watch vids right in the chat which makes research way faster than jumping between tabs love the rest of ur process tho! especially the focus on 10k-100k communities, thats where the gold is 🎯
