For anyone thinking that you shouldn't join Agency Navigator because he's shutting down his business just know that his knowledge isn't going anywhere and he's optimizing the experience for us by focusing on AgenciFlow. He's shutting down his agency, not his agency education company.

He has said this multiple times, he is at a different level than we are and you need to find what's best for you right now.
Why did you close the agency? Could you not have either sold or paid someone to do the work for you? Seems like the more logical option if your agency really is making millions.

I'm thank you for posting this I'm dealing with some really hard things right now and reading these things makes me feel like I'm still on the right track and it's just how my life is playing out. I lost both and my only grandfathers this year and I truly am trying to be the people you guys are. It's incredible how this comunity has come together in the way it has because of imans story and very heart felt drive.

Have you heard of Alex Hormozi? He does M&A almost exclusively with E-Learning companies with goal to sell for high 8-9 figures. E-Learning companies are certainly sellable
If the agency was going well and the market is what Iman says it is, why would he close it instead of sell? That is what does not add up to me. Is there anyone business savvy out there who would have insight into this?

Biggest mistake I made in the beginning had to do with me being a perfectionist. I wanted to everything to be set up perfect, this and that, but you really have to just keep things stupid simple and actually DO

Started watching you just a few days ago and I’m sat here at work watching your video so motivating I just want to go home and work on my agency your really opened my eyes to see the potential keep it up bro.
Some constructive criticism. I started using agenciflow and to be frank it was a good software I enjoyed it but I didn’t need it at the start, and I also have switched to using other platforms for a fraction of the price. I think price is slightly too high. There were also bugs in it and was kinda clunky. The whole system is a great idea and I may return when my agency is on a higher level but currently it’s just not worth it. I also think that if you took a turn towards something like Gohighlevel and had a similar model of just a shit ton of softwares in one. You could become much more desirable by the community. But thanks Iman love you bro

Not to mention that it’s 1-2/3 of your annual income. But why shutdown a cash flow positive business instead of selling it ? It could be valued at 3-5 mil. Also shouldn’t you keep it until you understand how and what your next step should be ? You may need substantial amount of capital for you next venture.
