In your experience, which works better for realtors? I’ve been running video ads and noticed a strange pattern: I might start with a $30 CPL, but after about 10 days and $300 in ad spend, I sometimes end up with no leads. Do you think this is due to ad frequency, or is Facebook optimizing video ads differently than image ads? I find video ads tough to manage in general

Hi evan . My niche make $1000- 3000$ per job. The lead cost lies at 75$ ( google ads) . If he spents $1500 a month. I could get him 15-20 leads. Is it reasonable for me to ask $1500 as retainer? Will i be able to ask them to pay upfront..? My brain just .. Its not believing deep down.. I don't why i am asking this to you... Kindly bro.. Is it possible to ask them upfront and charge this...

what ive learned about smma in the last 4 years is that go high level created an army of complete utter noobs chasing the bag trying to get $k plus retainers to not deliver anything at all except a blown up ads account, minimal leads, and then quiting. Now what I'm seeing is agencies helping agencies lmao.

About the first part where nobody thinks for themselves.. it's a very comfortable thing to just assume someone else knows the answer to your problem, or that there's some special condition you have/own which prevents you from solving the problem on your own terms. This ties into believing in higher authority and/or being underdeveloped philosophically, since both of those things lead you to believe in a higher knowing somewhere else that's not within you and can't be, since you're just you. People's perceived/real lack of agency in thier own lives also plays into this since it determines whether you think trying to solve the problem is possible in the first place, at a fundamental level instead of only at a higher level (i.e. not having XYZ resource or access). It's also kinda hard to trust your own decision making if you haven't yet had any major successes. It's one thing saying all this, it's a whole other thing understanding it through and through emotionally and rationally, which can only happen once you've gone through it all and out the other side and reflected on it. Sure, you can choose to blindly believe the correct thing and you'll make it the same way someone who understands it would, but that can cause a whole lot of short and long term motivation problems that can fast track your way to becoming a has been or a "I could've done that too".

If you call somebody and they dont answer you want to keep them in "Not contacted". Intro Booked: Its when you call a lead and they say call me later, within 40 min, 1 hour, etc. The nexts steps are pretty obvious.

Hey Evan, I have started an agency and i'm in the phase of choosing a service. I have 2 services to choose from which is GOOGLE ADs (Text, Image) UA-cam Ads (Google Video ADS). My niche has a long sales cycle about 1.5 months to 4 Months, I have done research regarding like what do these prospects use social media platform in what phase, I have found that my prospects ( I'm not talking about the businesses but the homeowners) use UA-cam earlier in the journey of their buying phase. When they are ready to buy, they mostly opt for google searches for quotes etc. Google Ads (Text, Image) is not that much used for ads but instead Facebook ads. I'm a lil confused to whether to go for UA-cam Ads or not, If i go with this niche that would really be a very big oppurtunity but at the same time there are not that many Lead-Gen courses specifically for UA-cam. Found About like 5-6 Vided regarding this. Would be very appreciated if you throw a YT ADS Course for lead gen (opt for general and not niche specific but give like ideas to do "x" for this niche etc). I can't afford to buy courses rn and wanted to go for like free stuff in the start then would invest in the courses.
