Dear Doctor. You have literally given me back the ability to sleep without crying for hours that my life will never be the same and I won't live to be 25 (I'm 24). I have been suffering from tinnitus for about 6 months and have tried so many things ( neck exercises among others) but nothing has reduced the ringing to less than 4 out of 10. Every night I remember how peaceful I used to sleep peacefully and how simple my life was, this ringing literally destroys the will to live. Recently, I noticed that when I clench my jaw hard, the ringing gets stronger. This made me think that my jaw might be connected to the ringing in my ears. I've had bruxism since childhood. I found your video and decided that this method is also worth a try, and OH Miracle! First my head is a few pounds lighter! It was like the sun suddenly came out after a bad thunderstorm. The pressure in my head went down, my tinnitus level became very low, about 1 out of 10 and I turned off all the gadgets just to listen to the silence I had lost so long ago for a couple minutes. I cried with happiness because I finally realized the connection between the tension in my jaw and the tinnitus. I'm so happy, my dear friend! You saved my life, I have a great hope that by practicing for a long time - I will be able to enjoy peace and quiet again!

@@VidiVlogs-268 Hi, sorry I didn’t realise someone answered to my message.
I did the exercises every morning and evening for two weeks, and it really reduced the tinnitus a lot, on a scale of one to 10, I'm somewhere around 1-2, enough to distract myself and fall asleep without headphones or special background sounds. Then, when I started falling asleep without gadgets, I got lazy to keep exercising - and now my tinnitus is back at level 4-5. Today, I plan to keep doing the exercises, I will not pause and will continue for at least three months every day. Also, I am doing neck exercises, I think it should be done together with these exercises, the osteopath explained to me that the tension is related to stress, and if you remove the tension from the jaw - the body will still have to compensate for this tension and will just transfer it to another part of the body. I had this - first tinnitus, when the tinnitus decreased, I started to feel a lump in my throat, if I worked on the lump in my throat, the tension would go to my neck and I’ll start being constantly dizzy. If I didn't have all that, my hands would shake. Anyway, I realized that I need to do exercises for my jaw + neck (because those are my weak spots) and I'm trying to learn how to meditate to calm my mind, because my psychosomatics are working 100%. As soon as I am offended, stressed, worried about something, I definitely start to feel pain and strange sensations all over my body and start looking for different diseases. I really advise you to learn to meditate too, it helps a lot. Because the tension in your jaw is not just for nothing, believe me. It's caused by stress. Even if you do not recognize it, you have it in the background and it is accumulating.
Good luck to you! Tell me how you are coping with it too!

Hello, I am very happy to have found you and watched your videos. For about four months, I had tinnitus in my left ear. I went to the otolaryngologist. He said I had to live with it. I had very difficult days. I had a panic attack. I couldn't sleep for days. I had to go to psychiatry. The antidepressants he gave me were very good. In the meantime, I continued my research and watched many videos. I tried many things. they all helped me get through this process, but it only relieved my tinnitus, but it didn't go away. I finally found you. I have been doing the exercises in this video for about 15 days. My tinnitus went down to 10 percent. As long as I continue these exercises, I think this sound will disappear completely. Good luck to you. God bless you. Thanks for every video.

Before doing these exercises, my jaw "cracked" a lot every time I wanted to open it completely. It cracked right in the area where it connects to the ear, and when doing so, I also felt a lot of crackling inside my ear as if I had water trapped. But obviously I didn't have water in my ear, that sound was the product of my own jaw. Additionally, the air pressure in my right ear was completely unbalanced.
I repeated this video twice because the first time I watched it, I did the exercises but without much faith. Until the exercise of bending the head very forcefully to the side came along. There I started to feel something different, and I said to myself, "woooo there is something special here."
The symptoms I described above are almost completely gone. From a 10, it has dropped to a 3. The ringing in my ear continues, but it has decreased from a 10 to a 7. But it is a tremendous surprise that many of the symptoms I had almost disappeared in minutes.... in minutes!!!!!! It's crazy. I'm going to order vitamins like Omega-3, Magnesium, and other vitamins (apparently those vitamins help our body a lot with this problem), as well as stop consuming caffeine because it alters the nerves.
Thank you, thank you very much for all your knowledge. I am incredibly impressed with the incredible results in such a short time. Without a doubt tomorrow I will have another session repeating the same exercises.

@@stupidusernamez464 Hi, I've had tmj issues for many years due to a very stressful life and I clenched my teeth a lot (bruxism) causing many problems. So the balancing and repair of this will probably be something I'll always have to address. Also breaking the subconscious habit of clenching my teeth when stressed, is something I constantly have to watch out for and stop as soon as I notice what I'm doing.
I can say doing these movements have worked well for me to release the tightness and some strengthening feels good.
I often do this at night when my day is done and I can relax. I hope this helps you on your journey to better health. All the best to you. 🌻... Edited ...btw my dds made a bite splint to protect my teeth. And biting on the hard plastic surface tells my brain immediately that I'm starting to clench my teeth..
So I try to relax my jaw, neck and shoulders. But, these exercises are a good accompaniment.

I'm sure my tinnitus is somatic. I have several reasons: cronic pain from an old neck injury, mild scoliosis, decades of bruxism and of menopausal age. Tinnitus started 4 months ago and I'm scared to do anything to make it worse. I've done a mild version of the stretches in this video and will monitor and gradually increase the intensity if tolerated. Any advice for NOT making tinnitus worse? After doing these exercises my neck does feel looser and less stressed but after 2 sessions the tinnitus is the same. I do mot have TMJ (never had jaw pain). Advixe is appreciated. Thank I you for this channel. There are alot of scams out there and I feel the advice here is legitimate.

My tinnitus began at the same time as a piercing pain on the left side of my jaw. I thought it was an ear infection but it isn't. I've been trying to fix it myself with stretches and massage but wasn't really sure I was on the right track. So, this is wonderful to have these structured exercises and encouragement for the right timing.
Update. I also downloaded some 'soundscapes' at the right frequency to 'trick' the aural nerve into shutting up. And some shiatsu and lymph drainage for the head vids. I don't know what combination helped.. but I woke up this morning to SILENCE!!! My tinnitus is gone!
First, don’t despair or panic, this too shall pass but you have to make some changes. There is a reason your body is giving you this signal. I have TMJ (temporal mandibular joint dysfunction), and occipital neuralgia (ON). For the last few years my TMJ hasn’t been too bad by the ON has been giving me a lot of issues. Every few days I have terrible headaches on my left side that radiate into the left face and the pain is worse when I move my head and neck. I thought I had migraines but turns out it is occipital neuralgia. Then recently my family and I relocated to another state and we made a two day drive and the entire drive my left neck and head were killing me but I took Tylenol and just hoped it would go away which is what I usually do. Then a few days after the drive I got this really loud riding in my ears. Tinnitus! It was absolutely terrifying and terrible. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t concentrate. You know!
So I freaked out for about 24 hours and then I prayed and did some research. My research led me to the following actions which in about 2-3 days made my tinnitus go from a 10 to a 3-4 and in the next couple of days it was totally gone. So here is exactly what I did.
    1. Stopped caffeine, alcohol, processed foods and started drinking a lot of water
    2. Took a hot bath in the morning and in the evening with epson salt for about 30 mins
    3. Daily neck, head and jaw stretches - there is a ton of different videos pick one and stick with it
    4. Took zinc, B complex, magnesium (before bed)
    5. Facial and scalp massage EVERY night while I listened to calming music and did deep breathing.
    6. Started doing yoga/walking daily
    7. Meditation
    8. Flushed my ears - bought an over the counter wax softening kit and use it.
    9. Stopped using AirPods/Earbuds - will never use again
The meditation was the hardest especially at first because all I could hear was the ringing. And the nights especially at first were the hardest. At different points I felt so hopeless especially because when it first started I read some of the online forums - BAD IDEA!. Don’t do it, avoid these at all cost.
Think positive and TAKE action, make a change because that is what your body is asking you to do. You will get better, I know because I have. Praise God.

I just did these exercises, not sure I did them correctly, but I tried. I didn't feel any relief for my tinnitus. I have had on and off ringing in my left ear for the last 5 days, 24/7 and at times it fills full. I've tried other exercises which have helped but not this time. It comes back but I have never had it persistent or the loudness which changes frequencies for this long. I drink teas for stress, vitamins & minerals, green smoothies, L-Theanine, yoga, etc. I also had vertigo last year so I had a hearing test done and no hearing loss,. My Dr. prescribed Allegra and Flonase for allergies as well. She prescribed SSRI meds since I have anxiety. I have an audiologist test and ENT appts next month. I am so frustrated.

Thanks for sharing your personal experience with us, Cynthia! We understand how frustrating and exhausting this must be.. But it's great you tried our exercises to help yourself naturally and effectively.💪 If you haven't felt any relief yet, this is normal. Sometimes it takes some more time to release tension in your jaw and neck, and to ease your symptoms. For best results, we suggest that you repeat these exercises daily for at least 2 mins (per stretch). The more regularly you do them, the more effective they will be! So please keep exercising and hopefully you notice a difference soon! For more detailed information on how your tinnitus is caused and how our exercises can help manage it, please check out our article about tinnitus. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-eptinnitus We'd love to hear how you get on and how you feel. Please get back to us and share your results with us in a couple of weeks!

did it go away completely ?

    • @waterfuel
      @waterfuel 2 роки тому +4

Yes, wide jaw exercises and massaging hard around the ear. The brain then no longer has to send compensating signal that causes the change that causes ringing in the ear. The far back corner of jaw probably got a change of state that affected the ear that needed compensation , (that was the brain pulses for ringing.) The body reacts to changes it doesn't like. Such as occasional fluttering eyelids and pain cramp in leg for no reason. The body knows and tells you, you have a lack of magnesium. When lower back hurts, it means you have not done enough exercise and hard labor. The stomach abdomen muscles have to perform work when lifting objects. If weak, then the weak back muscles try to compensate, and can't. Do those hard set ups to strengthen front, so the back does not get involved with lifting. The back small discs slide back and forth very slightly and will go back in place later on, away from the back nerve. Migraine head pain on one side of head is caused by body allergy to substance mostly in food. If accompanied by eye aura flashes, it is a stronger allergy, such as bananas or nitrites in packaged prepared meat. Think nature foods!! There are special offices for FEES for final treatment of long substance allergies. See data on NAET locations for retraining brain to negate symptoms , or you can just make up list of offending food types to avoid. A long time back, I had constant pain 24hrs in chest center for 8 months. Doctor only gave pain pills and sent me home. I looked up in medical book and found out about tietze syndrome. It was lack of calcium in body. I don't drink milk or take dairy products that have calcium. The body has it's involuntary process called metabolism and will take calcium from where ever it can get it. With calcium supplements, I cured myself.

I stumbled upon a method of using a vibrator to quiet the tinnitus. The science behind it is to transmit the vibrations along the cartilage from the external ear to the auditory nerve inside the brain.
IT ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES. PLEASE CHECK IT OUT
I used a small electric shaver and placed the non-cutting end to the part of the ear near the entrance of the ear canal. You will probably need to move around that area a bit until you find the spot that gives most benefits.
The vibrating sound can be quite loud so don’t apply it too long. After each try, assess the effectiveness.
Initially, I tried 2-3 spots for 1-2 minutes, they were not effective until I raised the duration to 3 minutes.
Please report back on your experience.

My right ear has a different sound like a tuning fork or a human on and off so I'll continue with my daily jaw opening exercise by myself or people will think I'm barking but wow what a difference i also had lots of mucus arrive in my nose I do suffer from that especially this winter no idea probably to do with log burmer but hey thankyou I'll watch your vid again as I struggled to undersrand you clearly but I got the gist...im not going to put anything in my mouth as I live alone and don't want to get stuck ! My mom had same problem too. She was complaining about how she can't sleep every night. a few months she didn't take this seriously but eventually she was seen by her doctor and the doctor advised a supplement. But first days didn't show any effects SO she had to patient and after a few weeks she became better. This thing started to happen to me as well. It's genetics i guess and was here to find out actually. Anyway ill get this supplement too probably. because that worked out for my mom. if you're interested, I put the supplement link on my channel "about" section to help you.

How can we know what is the cause of tinitus euctachian tube or TMJ

      Hi Anju! 🙂
Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, it's often difficult to determine the actual cause, particularly if it's caused by excessive tensions and stress in your cervical spine since they can't be seen or found on any x-rays or MRI scans, so they often remain undetected. If your tinnitus is caused by a TMJ discorder and muscular-fascial tensions in your neck and jaw, you can just try these exercises and see whether they work for you! 🙂💪 Please learn more about the causes, symptoms, and treatment of tinnitus in this article. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-eptinnitus If you have further questions, or if we can help you with anything else, just let us know!
