Hi Dr Fields, thank you for the amazing work that you do, I find a lot of relief with your videos. My right mastoid ( spelling) bone beside my ear hurts and I believe that could be a part of my problem. Also, is there any way you could demonstrate how to do the Muncie technique on ourselves? Is that possible? Or where the actual area is inside the mouth? Thank you for all you do.

As a musician tinnitus has ruined my life for the last month, I genuinely can't imagine how people live with this for years or their whole lives, it's been hell. I did this video once and my tinnitus has reduced by half, I managed to actually sleep and I'm now starting to feel a sense of hope. I can't thank you enough. Please don't lose hope if you're reading this.

@@christiangee942 I think it depends on how severe it is then the person can cope. I had a friend who committed suicide because of that. His ringing was at a catastrophic level and he also developed fullness and hyperacusis.

I've been trying tons of these massages on UA-cam to relieve my tinnitus in one ear. I cried when I finished this one because my tinnitus dissipated almost to non-existence 😭 the relief I'm feeling is wild!! Even if it comes back, knowing it's a drainage/fluid issue is so comforting. I never comment, but just hope this might convince someone else to take the 15 minutes and try this 💖

Lovely. Am trying these excercises for the first time today. My Meniere's decease has progressed to vestibular issues, have frequent positional vertigo attacks. Tinnitus has reduced drastically recently. I wanted to convey tinnitus actually appears to be a brain issue and not related to ear. It's the brain which receives messages from the source. Intuition is the vehicle for such messages and when the same is ignored or not trusted powerfully tinnitus occurs. Please do examine the above. These excercises are too good to be true. Thx.

After five or six weeks of weirdness in my ears following a string of colds flues etc, I found myself strangely off balance. Doing these exercises now for five weeks straight has done absolute wonders. I thank God he showed me your videos as I was getting pretty desperate and overthinking things! Each day I see things getting better and better! Its all almost completely and totally gone.

I have been suffering with balance issues too for a few months, after a bout of colds, I keep saying it’s from my inner ear/ETD but no one believes me! 😢

    • @89tonstar
      @89tonstar 2 місяці тому

@@sitapatel7299 We are pretty good judges as to whats causing the issue so trust yourself. Ironically, I think about 50% of the issue I was dealing with was psychological and about 50% actual physical. I saw a video where vestibular issues can be caused by irritation in the ET and this can cause a misbalance in the calculations created by your brain as to your reality etc, it takes about six to eight weeks for your nervous system to start making accurate calculations. Keep doing these exercises it will pass. The psychological portion is likely causing you to feel off balance, when you go into fight or flight, your nervous system goes into full overload and is sensing everything and anything around you so its basically training your brain to be extra sensitive to the mis calculation being made. Try doing some balance yoga and deep breathing! This helped immensely, I havent had a serious issue with it in about six months.

I'm utterly blown away with the relief I feel after 2 frustrating weeks (and many tears) of right ear fullness, hearing loss, tinnitus, and that awful feeling of fluid sloshing around in my head. I tried decongestants, antihistamines, neti pot, and a plethora of natural ear drops composed of this and that, all to no avail. After doing this protocol only twice (so far), I felt a lot of 'stuff' moving around my sinuses while out on my dog hike this afternoon. I could literally feel the pressure in my head dissipating as things crackled and popped their way through my ears, nose and throat. This evening I feel nothing but gratitude for the Universe bringing me to you, Dr. Adam. Not only does your protocol work, but your compassionate and joyful delivery gave me the hope I needed to transcend the debilitating discomfort and depression associated with just plain feeling gross. Thank you Adam, from the immensity of all my heart.

I got a nasal spray and Zyrtec. It helped then it came back the next day. I found this video the next day and did it once before bed and drank a bunch of water after. Woke up returned to normal. Have repeated each day since and it has not returned. Thank you.

I recently saw a Maxillo-Facial surgeon in the uk.
He suggested I have an operation on the left side of my face under my ear to clean out the area. Then have Steroid injections in that area to help with the TMJ pain. I definitely don’t want to go down that route. My Eustachian tubes are also blocked. I am doing your exercises and staying positive that your treatment works. I wish you were in the UK..Pleased I found you.Thank you.

and i have a question. Is that about eustcihian tube or tmj related? cause my right ear has sound after my left ear .

Hi, I really appreciate your two ETD videos. When I press my tongue up, my tinnitus (noise like cicadas) gets very much louder. I have some issues with my spine like a military neck and shoulder dysbalance which supposed to be the main cause for my tinnitus. But I also often experience ear/head fullness, headache and slight nausea which makes it very challenging. Sometimes I wonder if the actual cause is not in my Eustachian tubes after all. No doctor can say 100% where the cause is. 3 years ago all was fine and boom, that Tinnitus started and life is hard. Anyway, I will now do these exercises every day. It's like a form of meditation and after a few weeks I'll see if it helps. It's definitely good for headaches.

Hey Dr, tq for this technique. I dealt with a clogged ear for 5 days with a ringing sensation all the time after a waterfall water got into my ear. I've sought medical attention from a nearby clinic and Dr said i got infention and he gave my antibiotics ear drops, antibiotics tables and cold tables but it didn't go away. The Dr even cleaned my inner infected ear and lots of wax did wash out but i still couldn't get relief and there is an imbalance of sound in my head when i listen to someone talk. After following your method i began to balance my hearing to the center but i still have a clogged ear maybe due to more wax build up. Maybe in 2-3 days I'll meet the Dr again for cleaning the wax. Thanks Dr for your help! I guess God just wanted me to view your channel as it came out on my screen 😅 Thanks again from Malaysia 🇲🇾😊🙏🏾

I’ve been feeling sick for the last 5 months. Since August last year I started feeling like my body was a pendulum with no equilibrium. I feel motor instability, imbalance. My joints were and felt weak. I would have fever in the neck. I would wake up feeling my neck and arms heavy. I almost couldn’t walk, back in September. It was painful. When I would sit down to eat, it felt as if something was pulling me down from my head to my neck, now I feel it less strong but it is still there. A doctor said that I had the streptococcus bacteria in my throat and sent me antibiotics. These helped a little in the sense that I had less pain while walking after taking the antibiotics. (I learned that strep attacks the joints). But the other symptoms have lasted until now. I feel as if I have a pendulum inside my head, something swaying all the time. Now something it’s also pulsing inside my head all the time. The past year and these past months have been so challenging for me. I’ve been from Dr. to Dr. I was in the emergency room twice and they just gave Benadryl. A neurologist had some tests done on me and said that I’m fine and that I should see an ENT. I did that and this other Dr. also said I’m fine. Yet I’m feeling unwell.
My family thinks I should see a psychiatrist and think that I’m inventing all of my symptoms as apparently, I look fine. However, the last general Dr. I saw, ran some extensive bloodwork on me and found than I have mononucleosis. A virus that passes in some months he said. He said to rest a lot and drink lots of fluids, yet he didn’t give any treatment. However my brain feels sore or inflamed. I still have motor instability. My knees feel weak. When I drink supplements it feels as if they are attacking something in my body, as my whole body feels like a pendulum with more strength than usual. This situation is really sad as it had left me without being able to work.
My primary Dr. he referred me again to a neurologist again and a hematologist as my platelets are a bit high.
Lately I’ve been having b complex injections that a friend of mine recommended and they have helped with the symptoms. Going to try these exercises don’t know what else to do 😢

I have read many books, I listened to many UA-cam videos by many of the worlds leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to the hidden herbs by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

I found these exercises a couple of days ago when out of nowhere I started experiencing tinnitus in my right ear. As an audio engineer in school rn I freaked out. Sadly, it’s still here after a couple of days but I’m trying to remain hopeful. I had been diagnosed with ETD a couple weeks before but I thought with the meds everything was slowly resolving, until now. I went to an ENT doctor yesterday and had a hearing test and the frequencies between 500-1000hz dipped into the the 30dB range, right where I hear the ringing (900hz). The way they kept talking about protecting the hearing I still have broke me. I’ve diligently been wearing my earplugs and not mixing at too high a volume or for too many hours. And I rarely go to concerts the only times I do I have hearing protection. I feel like I’ve failed. I know I’m probably being pessimistic since it’s only been a couple of days but this is making me suicidal. I’m seeing another doctor on Monday hoping they can do more than the last doctor. They did prescribe me a tapering prednisone dose as well as set me up for allergy testing, but that’s all they did. No reassurance that it’s temporary, which is making me feel like it’s permanent. I’m trying so hard to not think of the worst but I feel like my career is over before it’s even started.

I woke up with what felt like a blocked ear a couple or weeks ago. Lots of pain. My doctor prescribed me an antibiotic spray which I used for 7 days and it did absolutely nothing to ease the symptoms. I will go back to him after the weekend but in the meantime I've already done the exercises in this video once and thrtes a lot of movement and cracking in my ear particularly when I swallow! My hearing is still muffled but I am going to persevere. Thank you!

Have their gaping tubes also closed? I don't know if I suffer from sticking or open tubes, I can ventilate my nose very well and open my ears by pulling through my nose, but I have a terrible clicking sound in my ears when I swallow. I can no longer sleep because I have to swallow. Have your tubes closed?

Loved the mindfullness humming and breathing and other exercises. I needed this positivity and encouraging words. I have had about 6 weeks of the ETD following a cold that turned to an ear infection and perforated ear drum with fluid in the ears. 2 roumds of antiobiotics, 6 weeks of decongestants and flonase. Hoping these exercises will help.

I put this ringing in "remission" 15 years ago after 4 months. But it recurred last month. What helped me before was cold low level laser, ear candleing done once , and avoiding loud sounds with the help of ear muffs, and reflexology on the toes, especially the pinky toes. Hopefully, I can repeat my success by doing it again. I want to add this to my routine. This time around, I have some musical higher tones lost. (Stay away from desk top speakers, especially in company with someone who has hearing loss ), which is what happened to me. Fortunately, hearing speech is still working fine. It's anything loud that makes ringing and fullness come back.
