This 30 minute Yoga for Flexibility practice is a unique level 2 full body yoga stretch with some Vinyasa yoga to warm up followed by basic hatha yoga poses and longer holding deep stretches to cool down.     Great video! I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about with the music, not that bad. This was like being in class. Thank you! Make more! Hour long classes would be awesome too!

    I always come back to this video. I have tried to watch other channels but they all talk so much! I love that you are down to business, and still maintain a calming and relaxing voice.

    You are the only yogi whose practices actually make my body feel AMAZING!
    Most other yoga practices are too easy or wayyy too hard and make me feel bad that I can’t do it!

    This is JUST what I needed,, beautiful flow, the background music is a nice choice and I like the reminder to take deep breaths, because I tend to forget and without proper breathing...the no point of doing yoga! lol

    This was great. Ever vid I saw the instructors had microphones and their voices were so harsh. No music either. But you had calming music! And a very nice, calm voice. Thanks. My only complaint would be that I wish it was longer .Take the whole routine and just stretch it to an hour so we are holding the poses longer. Thanks so much.

    thanks for making this video sarahbeth. I have to say that this is the best yoga video I've found and honestly I find it better when I practise yoga on my own than in a group

    Just did this as my first every "intermediate" rather than "beginner" practice. I loved it! Some asanas were out of my reach, so I liked the modifications.

    I love the sequence. I feel that it has everything that is needed for a routine practice, from chaturangga to my favourite half pigeon. The music is a bit distracting in the middle, maybe a tiny tad too loud. But overall still one of my faves. Keep making more like this. Thank you Sarah Beth

    Thank you so much SarahBeth. I recently realized how inflexible I've become over the last year. I used to practice yoga several times a week but have lost my practice over the last few months when life got in the way and I couldn't afford to attend the expensive yoga classes in my city. I've devoted to getting back into it and now I have no excuses with access to your videos. Keep up the great work!

    Sometimes a 30 minute practice is just what I need… Long enough to really get into it but short enough to fit into my schedule. I especially enjoyed the cow facing pose, that is not a pose I practice enough. Feels great! Thank you!

    I absolutely LOVE that you include an actual savasana and namaste in your video! You are one of the first I've found. It is so hard for me when instructors end their videos with a pitch and never close the practice. I feel incomplete. Thank you for closing your class well! I am grateful.

    I've had a break for a year and been doing various other exercises, I think I'll always come back to you in times of need as your yoga is so restorative and healing I can relax so much better. Thank you Sarah Beth for the best yoga practice.

    One of the best yoga routines I've ever done. It's simple, but fun and with Sarah Beth's wonderful cueing, you can practice yoga without having to constantly look at the screen. The music is soothing too! I'd like to listen to it at work if the list is available.

    Started getting back into yoga with your videos since I can't take them at my college anymore and you teach it so thoroughly and you take it slow just like my yoga teacher would as well(: I'm going to keep watching more videos. And try and watch one every morning to keep it up!

    I love your videos!! I've been nursing a slowly recovering talus bone injury in my left foot and have been using your yoga videos to stretch and try to get some balance back into my body after being in a boot and on crutches for 5 months...thank you so much!!

    Sara Beth I was ALMOST able to follow this routine. So I just backtracked and carried on. AWESOME !!! It has made the difference today. I was very depressed but these stretches have helped to alleviate it. Thank you for being such an awesome teacher and showing me how to save my mental and physical health.
    Also, I now found myself standing Mountain Pose while waiting at the Customer Service line waiting on a clerk. Even that little stand made all the difference of how I feel about myself. Every day a little improvement and my knees do not hurt as much. It seems that every day they hurt just a little less.
    Well, off to drink more water !!!1

    I loved this! Can you make higher levels? Also, could you maybe make playlists of your levels? Like a level 2 playlist? It’s actually harder to find more advanced yoga flows on UA-cam than beginner ones 😂

    I just wanted to say thank you so much for your videos. this sequence in particular has helped me so much with stretching out a stubborn tightness I have in my right shoulder, neck and bicep for 20 years.     I started doing UA-cam yoga about a year ago, and this was one of the first videos I tried. Now it's still one of my favorite practices, it's perfectly paced and always leaves me feeling loose and relaxed while still working my muscles. I love a lot of your videos, you do a great job at teaching mindfulness and explaining the movements so that I don't have to stare at the screen the whole time, but this is definitely one of your best.     Past two days been suffering from lower back pain and tried these. It helps me the paining section of my body and released the muscle catch. I'm practicing your hip mobility and flexibility level 1 &2 . I feel so relaxed after doing this. Huge thanks Sarah. Love from India🇮🇳
