This is JUST what I needed,, beautiful flow, the background music is a nice choice and I like the reminder to take deep breaths, because I tend to forget and without proper breathing...the no point of doing yoga! lol

This was great. Ever vid I saw the instructors had microphones and their voices were so harsh. No music either. But you had calming music! And a very nice, calm voice. Thanks. My only complaint would be that I wish it was longer .Take the whole routine and just stretch it to an hour so we are holding the poses longer. Thanks so much.

Just did this as my first every "intermediate" rather than "beginner" practice. I loved it! Some asanas were out of my reach, so I liked the modifications.
I love the sequence. I feel that it has everything that is needed for a routine practice, from chaturangga to my favourite half pigeon. The music is a bit distracting in the middle, maybe a tiny tad too loud. But overall still one of my faves. Keep making more like this. Thank you Sarah Beth

One of the best yoga routines I've ever done. It's simple, but fun and with Sarah Beth's wonderful cueing, you can practice yoga without having to constantly look at the screen. The music is soothing too! I'd like to listen to it at work if the list is available.
Started getting back into yoga with your videos since I can't take them at my college anymore and you teach it so thoroughly and you take it slow just like my yoga teacher would as well(: I'm going to keep watching more videos. And try and watch one every morning to keep it up!

I love your videos!! I've been nursing a slowly recovering talus bone injury in my left foot and have been using your yoga videos to stretch and try to get some balance back into my body after being in a boot and on crutches for 5 months...thank you so much!!
Sara Beth I was ALMOST able to follow this routine. So I just backtracked and carried on. AWESOME !!! It has made the difference today. I was very depressed but these stretches have helped to alleviate it. Thank you for being such an awesome teacher and showing me how to save my mental and physical health. Also, I now found myself standing Mountain Pose while waiting at the Customer Service line waiting on a clerk. Even that little stand made all the difference of how I feel about myself. Every day a little improvement and my knees do not hurt as much. It seems that every day they hurt just a little less. Well, off to drink more water !!!1

I loved this! Can you make higher levels? Also, could you maybe make playlists of your levels? Like a level 2 playlist? It’s actually harder to find more advanced yoga flows on UA-cam than beginner ones 😂

one week ago I had to stop somewhere around 10 minutes and take a break but now I stuck it out and absolutely loving how Im feeling after the practice.
I started doing UA-cam yoga about a year ago, and this was one of the first videos I tried. Now it's still one of my favorite practices, it's perfectly paced and always leaves me feeling loose and relaxed while still working my muscles. I love a lot of your videos, you do a great job at teaching mindfulness and explaining the movements so that I don't have to stare at the screen the whole time, but this is definitely one of your best. Past two days been suffering from lower back pain and tried these. It helps me the paining section of my body and released the muscle catch. I'm practicing your hip mobility and flexibility level 1 &2 . I feel so relaxed after doing this. Huge thanks Sarah. Love from India🇮🇳
