      I love that about it too, I don't have to crane my neck or break a pose to look at the screen because the instructions are crystal clear!

      I absolutely agree. The instructions are so clear that I was able to do the entire video without putting my glasses on. (Glasses can limit some poses--child pose, for example.) I loved that I did not have to put my glasses on and take them off!

    I started doing one of your short cool-down videos about 2 1/2 years ago. Doing it consistently, it took me about 1 1/2 years before I could do the poses without modifications. I just did this video for the first time and made it through the entire practice! I was even able to increase my movement on several of the poses! I feel like I’ve worked my entire body yet also feel very relaxed! Thank you for being accessible to beginner yogis ♥️

    Wow, this video was amazing. My body has been feeling so achy all of the time. This helped so much and I feel so refreshed. Love everything about it, the side by side modifications, the background music, and especially the commentary. I barely had to look at the screen.     I like the way you cue. Many yoga instructors talk too much which makes it hard for me to focus on breathing and awareness. You give great cues that are brief and effective.

    Your yoga channel has improved my life! I have an anxiety disorder that constantly makes me tense, which leads to stiff, achy muscles and mental fatigue. After a few months of consistently following your yoga videos, I've noticed so much of a difference in my back and hips, and I'm able to use your relaxation strategies to help calm down my mind!!!     I've been following you and a couple of other yoga teachers over the last 3 years. At the start of this year, I slipped and hurt my back. After a couple of weeks of recovery, I knew I needed to do some Yoga to help free up my back.
    I tried a few different flows bit this one is perfect! The pace is just right, the moves are gentle and it's not complex.

    I like the way you modify your stretches and advise that when you practice overtime it will improve flexibility. That is encouraging words to hear from people like me who are constantly stiff. It keeps you accountable for practicing daily and continuing to educate yourself in the practice and within yourself.

    I only discovered Sarah Beth Yoga during lockdown with a bad back. I now practice her routines every day. The 30 minute sciatica one is a favourite.

    At 39 I had a heart attack and from this I’ve started to take the fitness journey. I workout 3!days a week with yoga one-two days a week and you sessions are by far the best to follow and leave me feeling relaxed and refreshed after them!! I can put my earbuds in and follow along without having to watch because your instructions and that good!! These are perfect for my level and look forward to growing in yoga with you! Thank you ever so much!!!!!!

    This “older” video is just fantastic. I’ve done just about every other video but this one has some special and surprising stuff to it. I also appreciate how in these relatively older videos there is far, far less of the distracting pop-spirituality stuff. This is peaceful and challenging.

    I love how you return to the same poses (cow-cat) in between every new exercise. I can explore the movement instead of anxiously looking at your screen to not miss a new pose. The rhythm of that sequence is so natural that I can really relax and put my heart into it. Also I think separating the model and the voice-over improves the individual quality of both. Amazing work, I've been doing it 3 times a week for two weeks now

    Hi Sarahbeth, I have to say your class structure and your verbal guidance/narration are The Best I have yet found in my search for online yoga!! I really appreciate that you get right into the practice at the beginning of the class. Your instructions are clear, perfectly paced and timed, not too many words and not too few. The only thing that sometimes doesn’t work for me is the music - sometimes it’s spot on and sometimes it’s distracting for me. But overall your videos are now my favorite!!

    This is one of my favorite routines from SarahBeth Yoga. My favorite part is how the breaths connect with each pose then at the end you can actually feel the difference between first downward dog and the last one of the practice - from this you can really tell how she thoughtfully came up with the routine to really focus on flexibility. Doing this routine in the morning and night before sleep has been awesome.

    I have been battling tendonitis in my right shoulder for the last 9 months, doing the stretches my doctor gave me. You can imagine my surprise, when after being unable to fully engage in the child's pose, (due to severe pain), at the beginning of this video, I was able to sink completely into it by the end! I will definitely be making this a daily routine. Sarah Beth's calming voice and slow transitions make this so enjoyable for the beginner that I am.

    Sara Beth yoga will always be the best yoga ever and also my favorite. It does not require you to look at the screen. Every yoga session was really relaxing highly recommended to everyone.     Not a fan of stretching only type yoga and always doing core type flows but absolutely loved this one. Showed I'm nowhere near where I want to be flexibility wise :/ Thanks for the video!

    I think your articulation of each pose is very thoughtfully composed. It's very helpful to people at every level to have a thorough verbal guidance. The sequence itself is very nice. Do you have a similar one with a few more calming leg poses at the end? I really loved this sequence but felt like I was waiting for the sequel to the best movie of the century.     This video was great, very beginner friendly. I enjoyed it despite a very bad right knee, you just have to adjust whatever is possible for your body. I really liked the neck and shoulder stretch with the chin movement, needed that very much!

    I love this routine, have tried it a few times before football practise (soccer) to really stretch properly before intense exercise and it's been working wonders for me!

    I do a lot of your tougher sequences but was feeling stiff and tired this morning and found this older morning stretch. It was great, thank you. Not rushed, almost yin style and really lined up with all I wanted this morning.

    i got an emotional breakdown between the first 10 mins then took a breather and continued and the final 10 mins gave me cry a lil joyful and happy tears . this was my first yoga to ease myself back into my competitive swimming routine after my leg injury. thank you sarah !

    I did this for a solid year after the first lockdown 😅 daily, and when the gyms reopened after Summer I didn’t have time for both and went into bodybuilding mode so I just did some freestyling from what I learned in between for stretches - but now I’m banished without a vax passport from my gym again so I’m back to this every day - literally the thing that stops me going crazy! Thank you so much for existing Sarah Beth! 🙏

      Try it dude, it actually feels really nice. I'm kinda addicted now and do it almost every day. If it's too hard then don't push because then ofc you'll hate it.

    I have lifted weights for 13 years. Now I have much back and shoulder pain. I started doing your yoga a month ago and it has helped me so much, I feel like a different person walking around feeling loose and more flexible. As long as I stay on top of your routines I don't have back pain. These are perfect as would feel uncomfortable going to a class, so it's great I can participate at home. Again, thank you.
