Then i sat in my car for hours enjoying the fact people where standing in line for Zero reason.

I will eat potato skins. The potatoes I buy have thin skins, and my favoured way of cooking them is to shove them in the oven. The skins are practically unnoticeable. I do have issues with spots and eyes though.

Pretty sure you have to keep doing it every day for a while before it has the effect. It's one of those things where something accumulates in the body over time if your intake is higher than your body can process effectively. A lot of substances are like that.
Apple seeds are another example. They have enough arsenic that swallowing the occasional one is fine but swallow them regularly and you may have a problem
