The objectively best way to cut down a big spruce tree is the spiral staircase up and then break the rest on the way down
Thank you brother. i can finally cut down tree's without being lazy
Or ender pearl up
@@Bryce_the_Woomy_BoiWell this way you'll be one ender pearl poorer than before cutting a tree
It's the only way
@@mpkki2499two words. Enderman Farm
As a completely none biased Minecraft UA-camr I say this subreddit needs to be visited once a week minimally.
For people who don't understand the Bedrock Wither thing, it has twice the health as the Java one, does a ton more damage, had an additional attack that does more than it's other attack that already does more damage, and can summon Wither Skeltons.
wait whats its additional attack (I rarely ever play Java, and mostly bedrock, so I'm curious which attack is Bedrock only
@@balls_gaming It has a few additional things. One is it breaks a ton of blocks, which usually lags your game and makes it harder. I think it also has a weird dive attack thing, but I could be misremembering that.
@@kyle--859i think it does swoop. Dont have much experience on that tho. Bedrock wither is a beast if you dont have good way to get rid of it
4:10 are actually all commonly abused bugs in Minecraft Java. First is bedrock breaking, second is TNT duping, third is falling block entity duping, fourth is update suppression (which can do all kinds of cool and weird stuff like making frameless netherportals, and directly linking your inventory with external storage).
Yep, and the bedrock bug they are talking about is bad bugs, like dying for no reason at all. It's like comparing an golden apple to a poisonous potato, not really a fair fight.
I liked watching DocM77 exploit update suppression. It was insane what he and the Hive Mind could do with it. Are they trying to fix bedrock breaking? If so, that's stupid.
@@ambriasaunders1869I don't think so? Update suppression was fixed because it's something that basically lags out a server and can crash stuff, but they already found much simpler update suppression ways anyway.
Arent they also the effectively only 4 outside of item duping/ new added item hasnt been tested?
The fact that they weren't even bugs, but complicated inventions annoys me.
They may be based on (a combination of) bugs, but people spend a lot of time developing those contraptions. Calling them bugs is doesn't do them full justice.
i remember thinking that I was going crazy when i saw the new potion textures. I spent 5 minutes looking for night vision not realizing that its green now
How does Mojang look at the words "night" and "vision" and think; "Yeah, this doesn't feel like a blue."
Sometimes I feel like Mojang is copying stuff from Terraria.
@@TheEmeraldSword04 because real life night vision is green? not saying whether or not it should be green, just saying that's probably why they chose that colour
@@semineutral Oh, the goggles... but that is bit of a stretch for a mystical game like Minecraft.

1. Bedrock removal machine
2. Flying TNT duper
3. Sand Duper
4. Update suppressor
4:40 Players: "We want more!"
Mojang: "Okay here's less. why are you complaining?"
I like mountainside bases because you don't have to decorate the outside but if you want a grandiose castle façade or somethung fun like that you can just put one, no one can stop you. And it only has to be one side, not all four, so it isn't a huge commitment. Or you can put a waterfall over your entrance and make it all hidden and secretive.

Torches:
Cheaper
Yields 4 when crafted
You can pass through them

4:52 Bedrock Wither is really deadly at close range and people keep doing the Java strategy of putting them in an enclosed space to fight them at close range.
I remember when the wither was added to bedrock and a few updates later in my survival world I decided to try and beat it and died 3-4 times and nearly got my base destroyed as well since it about got to the surface of the world.
Me, trying to understand why people hate new updates, having never played on huge servers: [insert confused cat here]
Yeah, I tend to actively avoid large online gathering places, so the server I play on has two players, my wife and me, and one op, myself. It works pretty well for us.
I pressed the notification faster than i died in my hardcore world

0:16 Man, I can never even decide where to build to begin with. I always get stuck trying to find a good place to build without knowing what defines being a _good place,_ only to find a spot I like thousands of blocks from my spawn point, _then die before placing a bed while mid-build,_ aaaaand then respawn back at the initial spawn point.
The solution seems soooo close...
I'm the same way
13:27 threw me across the room because of how TERRIBLE it is lmfao
Roblox's playerbase is primarily children and its advertising is still aimed at children, Roblox typically creates the problems people want fixed and then refuses to acknowledge the community when they get outraged, and finally, Roblox is notorious for having one of the most garbage moderation standards in multiplayer history. Whoever made the original image should be prohibited from having opinions
Like, Terraria's standards for updating and community engagement are better than Minecraft, but Roblox's is so astonishingly far below both, they shouldn't even be compared
The thing with minecraft is that there is no raise in difficulty, it's the exact same the entire game.
It's only hard at the beginning, where you don't have the recources to do anything.
Late game, you have enchantments, netherite, infinite recources and basically immortality, so nothing proposes a challenge.
4:54
Double health, better path finding, and summons wither skeletons at half health
Same, I've played quite a bit of Minecraft for nearly a decade, but I've never beaten the Ender Dragon in a vanilla world, only a few times with modded ones.
4:10 the fact I know what all those machines do 💀💀
Yoooo! This subreddit sounds fun. Happy Saturday EmKay🫶
4:34 They didn't nerf the functionality of the enchantments, they made them more difficult to acquire.
Which is a good thing. As it stands right now, you can get fully enchanted diamond gear by just trading within one village, completely ignoring the entire rest of the game. It's possible depending on how the village generates that you won't even need to craft a single item.
Honestly, it sounds like biome specific enchant trading will make the grind to get a specific enchant easier, it'll just require a little extra setup.
@@phyrath5plus i feel like the enchanment table has been somewhat obsolete for people with knowledge/use of villagers. The table is _for_ enchanting, i think you could find a decent enough guide for a loot farm for fishing rods to get the treasure enchants (or maybe find then in chests)
@GedanJ Yeah, that is another problem. A bit more refinement to the system could make the table shine.
We've got Treasure enchantments that are excluded from the Tables, maybe have table exclusive enchantments too.
@@phyrath5 maybe nothing too horrible to get. Perhaps on par with getting a good efficiency/sharpness/power enchantment. Not too easy but you wont get annoyed over having to grind levels past 30 too many times
@@phyrath5 if it's too rare to get (but also too good to try and pass up(depending)) it would lead to players being frustrated and either giving up or spending way too long enchanting (using up levels & lapis) for something. No one wants that meaningless grind.
Only way to play
1. Start new world
2. Play for an hour
3. Never play on it again
I still prefer the old diamond and emerald, but I admit, the gold and lapis is a better upgrade than I thought. And that image is not doing the new redstone ore justice.
9:05 Both Bedwars and Skywars are very similar but the only difference is the lack of beds and shops.
and theres chests with items
12:39 *achievement unlocked: how did we get here?*
1:57 fun fact, the meme intentionally changed the lapis and emerald textures.
1:30 Wait a second those aren't even squares any more.
Because, I counted and the pixel count are the same.
The bottom is 5 pixels wide, the sides are 4pixels tall, with 2 pixels that go up and in and the top part is 3 pixels wide.
In order for this to work the one that looks taller has squares that are squished together a little making them rectangles.
yeah i think that the person who made the meme screwed up the aspect ratio of the image
They squished it
Being this early doesn't make me feel so good

2:10 They do indeed look better especially from a gameplay perspective
Old textures gave new players a thing to look for. Iron and coal are the first things you learn are valuable ores. From there on out you look for theese uniquely shaped patterns.
With more and more overgrowth and vines, the new ones will fade more into the background where new players might not even notice copper iron and emerals in caves anymore
did you not notice the "old" emerald and lapis textures from that post? (also yes i agree the new textures are good)
all the old ones have the exact same pattern exept emerald which has a slightly different one
@@shadowmaster435 wait i know they are different but how different
@@Ipennien yes and thatis GOOD in the new update foliage clutters You only need to look for the one thing that isnt very detailed and shaded to find your ore (oh and bright as fuck too)
I know, killing horses for leather is technically bad, but what if you already have an elytra, and just really need leather? What if you’re on a skyblock world and cows haven’t spawned yet but horses have? Morals aren’t always applicable in every situation.
Here is the thing about bugs in both games. In java you actually need to know how to replicate a bug or glitch. In bedrock they find you yourself if you want it or not.
Edit: most dps paired by speed of usage has a hoe. The weapons are balanced out. Axe hits count for more and when sword spam became useless you take a lot longer between hits anyways so the speed does not matter as the hoe beats the sword anyways in that matter.

Terraria bosses: *Do you believe in god?*
You see people? theres a reason these games advertise eachother.
If you like more progression but a more difficult experience try terraria
If you like more freedom but a more casual playing experience, try minecraft.
Now then...
What if we combine them?
12:33
Yeah, Steve is just a biological superweapon designed by whoever originally inhabited the world that was made to slaughter anything that got in it's path.
I beat minecraft back when it was hard. Almost no one remembers what it was like before we had beds and the ender dragon actively attacked you, even to the point of flying through the ground.
10:05 I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
👏SPIDERS👏ARE👏NEUTRAL👏MOBS👏
I would say they are mostly neutral, just because they are by default aggressive if it is after dark. I do believe they are coded as a neutral mob but they are one of the only mobs to do something like this, the exception kind of being piglins since they are aggressive by default unless you are wearing a gold armor piece.
@@christopheriman4921 I see your point, spiders are relatively unique, but they are still neutral, not hostile, like the meme implies. :)
YES
Also, the spiders in Minecraft are literally the size of a Pig. If you see a spider that big IRL, you'd probably want to fire a nuclear missile on wherever you find them

40% hating on Mojang for updates and policies
40% Java vs Bedrock civil war
15% recycled copypasta with slight variations
5% relatable stuff that will mostly get drowned out by the aforementioned three things
At least that's what it feels like.
Ive just started this video and ive been watching emkay for at least 6 hours straight
5:09 I can explain. Weakness potions use fermented spider eyes, which are also the auxiliary ingredient for corrupting potion effects! When you add a fermented spider eye to a potion like speed, it becomes slowness. But for some reason, they didn't add a main ingredient for weakness, so they decided to make fermented spider eyes the main ingredient for weakness. And the way to differentiate between corruption affect and weakness was to add, or not add netherwart!
The reason people fear bedrock’s wither is because
- Double health. Java has 300, bedrock has 600.
- Smaller Hitbox. Java: 3.5 Blocks tall, 0.9 Blocks wide. Bedrock: 3 blocks tall, 0.9 blocks wide.
- The light level is reduced to 11 in bedrock, allowing mobs to survive.
- In both versions, it shoots 3 black skulls. In bedrock, it also shoots one blue skull.
- When bedrock wither reaches half health, it spawns a few wither skeletons
The only advantage you have in bedrock is that the nether star will not respawn after 5 minutes
This is one of your greatest videos, the editing is so funny xd
Minecraft memes makes everybodys day better
8:06 Like a 2x2 staircase till I reach the top, then stand in the center, look down, hold left click and spin slowly.
To cut a giant spruce I carve a staircase all the way to the top and mine down. Same with tall jungle trees.
9:40 I’m getting so nostalgic it hurts
I can't wait for someone to comment "I'm gonna make your bed-rock tonight!"
Oh wait, I just did.
Sadly, the legend c418 isn't coming back
and it's because Microsoft's new terms won't let him claim the rights to his own music
Iirc the whole album is even basically finished but because it was made with minecraft in mind not even c418 can release it outside the game
I like how Jack doesn't understand some of them and kinda makes stuff up 😊....

1:37 That meme applies to my friend, she's gone full Birdpoop mode and it doesn't look terrible in the slightest.
We've now slaving away for her working on a massive circular wall that'll get a glass dome on top, wall is 5 blocks thick, 60 blocks tall, and at its narrowest, 450 blocks in diameter.
It's hell considering we have no Auto farms for Birdpoop, our gatherers are teased that they are slaving away in the Brabantse birdpoop mines, our very own gulag so to speak.
"the color of my pee" hit way too hard
there is one best way to mine giant trees in minecraft
you cut an upwards spiral staircase going up the tree through the center trunk
then once youre at the top you stand in the middle of the four trunk blocks and just dig out the remaining blocks that let you climb up by looking down, holding the mine button, and spinning 90 degree every block break
stopping along the way to break any branches if its a jungle tree
this also works for dark oak its simply the best

-Double the health
-Spawns wither skeletons in 2nd phase
best minecraft minigame is bingo with friends. i hope it gets brought back along with custom worlds sometime

Me, who’s been a player since 2016 and nobody knew: *am I a joke to you?*
Fun facts with spongebob: armor damage reduction is much higher on individual smaller attacks, so axe can be better.
The way I get enchanted books is that I make a sugar cane farm and a cow farm. I then make books, and enchant them with the enchanting table. Said books can then be applied to equivalent items in an anvil.
3:03 who wants to go back to the golden days of 2012- 2013-2014 minecraft and just take in the nostalgia, and remember good ol' C418

12:09 no wonder he's so good on smash ultimate they started banning him in tournaments
2:06 I actually disagree I think the old textures are generally looked better. They look cleaner and they stand out more for people who have questionable eyesight like myself.
The three exceptions are emerald, Redstone and Lapiz lazuli.
And netherack. Dont forget netherack as an exeption 💀

2:14 A few years ago I used forge. Now I use fabric. I guess that means that a few years in the future I'll have to switch again
Fish is the best weapon in Minecraft,I can slap any monster with it and it's funny

The armor I make first depends on if the game decides whether I get cows or not.
minecraft set-seed glitchless was beaten in less than a minute, using bow and one lucky arrow
both forge and fabric are going to be obsolete pretty soon, forge got abandoned and turned into Neoforge, and quilt is just actually cooler fabric

8:05 i use it as a stair case to mine the top of the tree first and then break it from top to bottom
I like how Jack puts effort into making the sound effects of the meme templates it makes it less like those who are narrated by a generic voice like AI or some shit
I also like the AC/DC reference. I love this song. Don't know if he knows about Sticky Fingers tho.
