Thank you, Thank you! I resort back to some old back ones when I need it. Now I have another one. Tim you are the best ever. People suggest other teachers, but I always come back to yours. There is no one I have found that describes the positions as indepth as you do. You are my yoga guy and I recommend you to everyone.
Thank you, Tim! My body is battered from 3 weeks of pneumonia, but with the help of this little video and following your advice of walking, I am slowly getting back to surface :-) Have a fine Thursday. Kindly, Lone, Denmark
Whoa, this class really did the trick. I'm pregnant and adjusting to my new center of gravity in my normal workouts, daily life, and sleep, and my lower back is killing me. Ngl, while doing this I was like "this isn't stretching my back at all!" But I've done enough of your videos to know to trust the process and boy did it work.
Yes, this video really helped with my lower back as that's one of my weak areas. I'm recuperating from finally getting COVID for the first time and starting with yoga my first day post fever has given me some energy. Didn't get hit so hard as I do take good care of myself and have a positive mindset- only sick for two days and ready to get back into a exercise routine that will keep me strong💪Thanks & Namaste🧘🏻♀Have a great weekend!☀✌
This was just what I needed. I have the same old back pain that I've had for 25 years. It comes and goes. It's been better since I've been working out and strengthening my core. But it flared up yesterday and I found this video. It was awesome! I felt something release when I was doing the second side of the psoas stretch. I will definitely be coming back to this video and also other videos from Tim. Thank you so much!
As always right classes pop in just when I think I need a good stretch and smthg to make my back better. Please do not change the way you explain & provides rationale on what we do and how it helps during the poses. Thanks!!
I have been doing our back series for the past 5 days and have found such relief. Wonderful to move my body in new ways and think more purposefully about breathing and the diaphragm and ribs.
Probably the most recent one. Although if you’re looking for more challenge try the What’s Next course on the CMC (Conscious Movement Community). You can try it for 2 weeks free right now. For more information click the link: www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
Thanks as always, Tim. I’ve been having pain on the left side of my lumbar area. It’s a weak spot for me. Do you recommend any specific exercises to alleviate the tension and pain there? This class was lovely but I feel I need to target this specific tension with more exercises.
Hey Laura. I think looking at your hips and thoracic mobility would help a lot. I would recommend the mobility course on the CMC (Conscious Movement Community). Going forward, I’m happy to answer your personal coaching questions on the Conscious Movement Community (CMC) site. Just send me your message on the CMC chat feature. You can try it for 2 weeks free right now. For more information click the link: www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
That felt really nice - thank you! I especially liked the lunge with the lateral into the wall. 🙏🏽 Would you recommend any postures in particular for an exaggerated anterior pelvic tilt?
I would work on pelvic and ribcage repositioning like I teach on the first part of the "what's next course" on the CMC (Conscious Movement Community). If you’re not signed up for the CMC, click here: timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement You’ll also get access to all my exclusive courses and my exclusive - longer/stronger/deeper - weekly videos. There’s currently a free two-week trial offer in play. Give it a try and let me know what you think. 😊
Great video! I have Psoas syndrome (as a result of boxing/jump-rope). Will these help? I was including upward dog, which seemed to be recommended by other programs, but it seems to aggravate my lower back 😪
Hey Sam. Updog isn't a great direct way to stretch the psoas. If you can learn to breathe diaphragmatically by repositioning and learning to connect the respiratory and pelvic diaphragms that would be very helpful. If you'd like I can help you with more specific programming on the CMC (Conscious Movement Community) Mobility course to help with the rehabilitation. Also, I would recommend getting assessed by someone who practices PRI (postural restoration) to help you look into pelvic repositioning. If you’re not signed up for the CMC, click here: timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement There’s currently a free two-week trial offer in play. Give it a try and let me know what you think. 😊
When I lay on my back, especially in the position at the beginning of the video, I feel a firm pain just above and to the left of my tail bone. Any suggestions?
I think you would benefit by working with me on the Cmc. You can become a member here www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement and I can keep up with you and help guide you through the chat on the Cmc.
Thanks! My back feels a lot better!

So good to hear. Timing is everything... Right? Thank you Damla.
This is exactly what I needed, Tim. I have a question for you. Which 30 day challenge is most challenging? Thanks for everything 💞

Hello and thanks - can’t see the link on the video for strengthening legs and hips?
Thanks
I don’t remember where I said that. Can you give me a time stamp please.
All of a sudden, I had an accute back pain. How often do you recommend this helpful practise?
Twice, three times a week..Best
Oh, gnarly. You can practice this daily.
