Ahh I'm a powerlifter and had to stop squatting 18 months ago because of a compressive injury to my lower back. It's already a lot better but I have to take good care of it to keep it that way nowadays (and so that I can continue to lift). The difference now compared to before I did this video is huge honestly. It's just loosened up all the sticky places that get tight and locked up after my weight training and it feels amazing.

Thanks for this Tim. It’s really helped my gardening induced back pain. I’ve been doing this one for 4 months and it’s great. But, I’m not up to adding the associated strengthening video as yet. I’ve added the 8 minute knee pain video so that should help with the whole knee issue as well. I feel you are helping me grow healthily old! I’m just 70 and have been following you for sometime but I’m not consistent. Thankfully, you are very consistently provide relevant informative choices. Cheers

Your session is perfect for a sore lower back. I love yoga but have struggled due to back pain (from vinyasa flow). It makes me sad. You are spot on with thoughtfully designed poses and transitions and offering different levels, genius! 😊

Great class to do while my back is healing. I usual do all of your classes but I strained something while doing spring clean up and had to take several days off. I needed an easy safe class ro work back up to my usual workout and this was great!. TY

Have been struggling with lower back and hip pain for a while on and off. Feel like I'm always searching for stretches that help and this has been by far the best I've done. Thank you Tim! I will be doing this everyday to help ease and hopefully strengthen my back! Also, Tim's energy is so calm and soothing, so relaxing to watch especially when you're feeling so much stress on your body! Highly recommend!

Was suffering from "tight" lower back for a couple of weeks now, but got worse till pain was everywhere. This class just released it all and I can feel the muscles that were so tight, they are sore now. This will be my go to class for lower back. Love you Tim for this class!!

I injured my back two months ago, very badly! My healing came to a stand still about a month ago. Found this sequence two weeks ago and have been doing it almost daily and I feel sooo much better and am improving! Thank you Tim! This is working better than my physical therapy sessions!
